"La Casa di Maria" is a newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a private detached villa in a quiet location away from any noise. Its strategic position is ideal for those who have the opportunity to travel by car and after visiting the beautiful surroundings that surround it, needs relaxation. The apartment is located about 10 km. from the center of Cagliari. A freeway connects quickly to the south east coast of Sardinia with its beautiful beaches, renowned all over the world. From here it is easy to reach even archaeological and naturalistic sites.
About 2 km. there are supermarkets, shops and pharmacies.
The apartment is fully furnished with separate kitchen, equipped with all utensils, microwave, oven, steamer.

Beautiful place to stay

Great place to stay. The owners are very nice and warm people. The accommodation is very clean and modern. They have a huge garden with lemon, oranges, grapes, figs. From that place the mountain area and beaches are good to reach. I can highly recommend that place

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für alle mit eigenem Auto oder Mietwagen ist die Lage optimal, nah zu schönen Stränden, zum Supermarkt, Pizzeria u.ä. aber fern ab von Touristenmassen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist groß, modern, sauber und es gibt eine große schattige Terrasse als auch Garten. Alessandro und Paola sind herzliche Gastgeber und stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Da unsere Fähre schon morgens im Hafen von Cagliari ankam, hatten sie uns sogar einen früheren Check-In ermöglicht. Wir reisen mit einer behinderten Tochter im Rollstuhl. Die Wohnung ist als eingeschränkt barrierefrei zu bezeichnen, da das Bad recht klein ist. Für uns war das kein Problem. Die Klimaanlage haben wir bei der außerordentlichen heißen und schwülen Witterung Mitte August auch sehr schätzen gelernt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung allen für einen entspannten Urlaub in Südsardinien empfehlen! Danke an Alessandro und Paola für die schöne Zeit!

Tolles Ambiente

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber alles neu und da was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter und als plus wurden wir für kleines Geld sogar persönlich am Flughafen abgeholt da unser Flug zu spät kam um den Mietwagen abzuholen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder noch dieses Jahr😉

Buongiorno Bianca, la ringrazio per la sua recensione. Mi dispiace che abbia trovata scomoda l'ubicazione della casa. Evidentemente non ne aveva letto con sufficiente attenzione la descrizione che consiglia caldamente l'uso dell'auto proprio per questo motivo. E' esplicitamente espresso che la distanza minima dalla casa ai vari servizi e di circa 2/3 km. e questo la rende particolarmente indicata a chi cerca tranquillità e relax . Le auguro un buon proseguimento d'estate Alessandro

Siamo stati bene

Casa con ampio soggiorno e cucina ben organizzata. Rispetto al resto della casa la zona notte risulta un po' piccola, soprattutto il bagno. Posizione buona per raggiungere sia le spiagge di Villasimius che la zona ovest di Cagliari. La casa con giardino recintato regala un'ottima privacy, la strada per raggiungerla risulta un po' sconnessa. Alessandro super gentile e disponibile. La consiglierei a chi cerca tranquillità dopo una giornata di mare.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Dies ist eine sehr schöne, neue renovierte und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Sogar eine Kühltasche, Sonnenschirm und 2 Klappstühle stehen für Strandbesuche zur Verfügung. Unsere Vermieter Alessandro und Paula haben uns sogar eine Filterkaffeemaschine besorgt, da wir uns mit der Handhabung des Espressotopfs nicht auskannten. Sie waren immer erreichbar und halfen sofort, wenn nötig. Minuspunkte bekommt das Internet, da es lange für Bilder und Video up-/downloads dauerte. Dies ist aber wohl der langsamen Leitung von außen geschuldet. Ebenso macht die Umgebung und die Straßen teilweise einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Die Straßen haben oft tiefe Schlaglöcher und sind vom Regen stark ausgespült. Wett gemacht wurde dies aber wieder von den herrlichen Stränden in der Umgebung, welche immer gut mit dem Auto erreichbar waren. Es gibt dort immer Parkplätze direkt am Strand. Supermärkte lagen immer auf den Heimwegen von den Stränden. Ebenso haben die Vermieter gute Tips für Restaurantbesuche.

Superbes vacances

Maison parfaite, conforme aux photos. Maison très agréable, environnement très calme. Il faut absolument avoir un véhicule lors du séjour. Alessandro et sa femme sont très accueillant et à notre écoute. Un grand merci aussi à Sylvia lors de notre arrivée tardive ....

Casa immersa nel silenzio

La casa ampia e comoda completamente recintata. La zona con strade sterrate ma comunque residenziale. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.

Proche en voiture d un supermarché et de la plage su Poetto. Par contre il faut impérativement être véhiculé car pas de commerce de proximité à pied.

Alessandro et son épouse sont juste adorables. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous, très à l'écoute, très disponibles et toujours en quête de savoir si tout se passait bien et si nous n'avions besoin de rien. Rien a dire un grand merci à eux pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse La maison est très propre, bien située et très calme pour des vacances reposantes nous la recommandons.

Tatiana et sa famille sont des host parfaits. Très respectueux, avec deux petites filles merveilleuses et très polies. Ils ont laissé la maison en parfait état. J'espère les accueillir à nouveau dans ma maison à l'avenir et je souhaite à tous les propriétaires d'avoir des host comme eux!
