We have also noted your comment regarding the tiles. The issue you mentioned is purely aesthetic, and we want to assure you that the owner has plans to address the flooring in the future. As this is a self-maintained property, we provide some essential kitchen items as a gesture of goodwill at the start of your stay. We do want to mention that additional products such as cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and toilet paper are not replenished during the stay, and we encourage guests to bringpurchase extra items as needed. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for another pleasant stay in the future.

As for the blankets, I'm afraid, this is down to the owner and as long as there are either/or, we cannot enforce onethe other in particular. We look forward to welcoming you again next year!

Nous sommes heureux que l'emplacement de l'appartement vous ait satisfait, mais nous regrettons que certains aspects de votre séjour n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant les points que vous avez soulevés, nous nous excusons pour la poussière dans les placards et les joints de la douche. Nous faisons en sorte d’assurer un entretien régulier, et nous aurions pu intervenir rapidement si vous nous aviez prévenus. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de volets roulants et nous ne comprenons pas votre observation concernant celui de la seconde chambre. Pour les joints et la planche de toilette, ce sont des détails que nous allons examiner et corriger pour améliorer le confort de nos hôtes. Nous comprenons que l'appartement puisse ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Nous vous remercions encore pour vos retours constructifs qui nous aident à améliorer l'expérience de nos futurs hôtes.
