Big family villa with pool, quiet & green location, just 2 minutes walk to beach

Villa Kamenica is located in a small seaside village Mirca on the island of Brac. The villa is coated with white Brac stone and surrounded by green pine forest, through which you can see and hear the sea. To the main beach in Mirca is only 2 minute walk!

Villa Kamenica features 7 double bedrooms. With an extra sofa bed for 2, it can sleep up to 14 adults and 2 children! It is perfect for large families or groups of friends or 3 families travelling together!

The ground floor of the villa consists of the main kitchen and dining room, large 45 m2 living room with TV set and reading area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room. On the 1st floor are two additional living areas with fully equipped kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. 7th bedroom with bathroom is in the attic. Outside space consists of covered terrace with dining table and BBQ, 24m2 swimming pool and small sundeck with sea view, nice mediterranean garden and parking place for 5 cars.

Had a fantastic stay. The villa is very spacious and extremely well equipped. The villa is immaculate. Loved the location 2 minute walk to sea and beach bar. Pool was lovely and really enjoyed the outdoor space. Sanja was fantastic helping with travel arrangements and the owner made us a delicious cake. Would highly recommend

The perfect family vacation

We loved our time in Mirca, we were a group of 16 coming from Spain, New Zealand, USA, Czech Republic and Great Britain. The house was perfect with lots of space, bathrooms a beautiful garden and pool. We found travelling to and from split easy and enjoyable on the ferry from Supetar. We rented bikes and explored the beautiful beaches and trails. Our host was so wonderful and helpful and the accommodation was perfect offering plenty of space and very well equipped kitchens.

Great accomodation

The house was pretty nice ans our whole group (11 adults and one child) was completely satisfied.Everything was clean and especially the garden was very inviting. Everything as described online.The communication with Sanya was very uncomplicated and she was very helpful.We can definitely recommend!

Generasjonsferie

Vi, 5 barn på 5,6,7,8,10, og 8 voksne fra 35 til 70, tilbrakte 9 døgn i her. Huset, som egentlig er 3 leiligheter passet oss ypperlig. Bassenget ble brukt flittig, særlig av barna. Det er bare to min til flott strand. Det var veldig varmt når vi var der, men på stranden var det god lufting. Når man er 13 personer er det veldig greit å ha bil, særlig til storhandling. Huset ble rengjort og sengetøy og håndklær ble skiftet en gang mens vi var der. Vi fikk tomater fra hagen, og bursdagskake til 6 års bursdag. Flott grill i hagen hvor vi tilberedte mange måltider. Wunderschöne Zeit in tollem Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wunderbare 10 Tage durften wir in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit 14 Personen (8 Erw. und 6 Kinder) verbringen. Genug Raumangebot und eine äußerst angenehme Aufteilung hat es uns mit 4 Familien eine tolle Zeit am schönen Pool und am nicht weit entfernten Strand zu verbringen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber auch die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Wir durften bereits früher als geplant, gleich nach der Ankunft mit der Fähre aus Split, anreisen und auch die Abreise war individuell vereinbart und absolut unkompliziert. Auch wir haben uns über einen selbstgemachten Kuchen und die tägliche früh-morgentliche, unbemerkte Poolpflege sehr gefreut. Vielen, vielen Dank - wir können einen Aufenthalt hier absolut empfehlen!!

Service de rêve !

Sanja est une hôte en or ! Ménage en milieu de séjour et clafoutis de bon matin. Le bien est composé de deux maisons qui ne communiquent pas directement mais ce n’était pas un problème pour nous. Merciiii

Perfect house and place for several families!

Very nice and clean both inside and outside. We were at the most 13 people, all grown-ups. Enjoyed the outdoor-space with swimming pool, sunbeds and large table under roof for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner! Very short walk to beach and sea, and to a beach cafe. We stayed 14 days, rented boat twice and the captain took us to wonderful places, had dinners in Supetar, Sutivan and Splitska, all very beautifil small towns on Brac. The lady who owns the villa was absolutely wonderful, cleaning the pool, serving vegetables and cakes. We had a really nice time!

Avslappende ferie

Vi var en storfamilie på 15 personer i alderen 12 - 64 år. Dette var andre gang vi var der, og huset passer godt til oss. Vi vil spesielt nevne svømmebassenget, den nydelige hagen og det store utebordet ved grillen der vi spiste mange hyggelige måltider tilberedt på det store kjøkkenet. Området er vidundelig stille, og man er avhengig av bil/sykkel for å handle eller spise på restaurant om man ikke vil gå langt i varmen. Stranda nedenfor huset er en liten perle med en hyggelig strandbar. Vertinnen er svært hyggelig, men snakker ikke engelsk, så hun får hjelp til kommunikasjon av en hyggelig nabo. I løpet av uka ble huset rengjort en gang, og vi fikk hjemmebakt kake og grønnsaker fra hagen av vertinnen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Großfamilie verliert ihr Herz in Mirca

Mit 16 Personen(8 Erw.und 8 Kinder zwi.4 und 17 J.) Verlebten wir eine unbeschreiblich schöne Woche in Mirca . Die Villa Kamenica ist großzügig eingerichtet in den Räumen, Ausstattung und Umfeld mit Pool und Garten sind äußerst angenehm. Alles ist sehr gepflegt . Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Für Kinder sehr bequem.Die Betreuung durch Sanja ist korrekt und hilfsbereit. Sie klärt alle Anfragen. Sanda überrascht ihre Gäste mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen.Jeder findet in diesem Haus seine Ecke zum Lesen und,Abschalten ,Wir können den Besuch mit einer Gruppe oder Großfamilie nur empfehlen. Perfect for our extended family

The layout of the house was perfect for us and our children with their families, plenty of together places and separate sections for each family. The hostess and owner were terrific in helping us find all we needed for a great two weeks. The frosting on the cake was really that - cakes for the two birthdays we celebrated during our stay made by the owner herself. Thanks for a wonderful place for our family!

Sehr schön!

Wir waren 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene, 8 Kinder), die ihren Urlaub gemeinsam in der Villa verbracht haben. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und an Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Bad im Untergeschoss ist sehr klein. Im zweiten gibt es nur ein Whirlpool, das blöd zum duschen ist. Das Licht im Pool war kaputt. Das hat unsere Kinder gestört. Daher 1 Stern Abzug. Die Besitzer kommen jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr, um den Pool zu reinigen und die Pflanzen zu bewässern. Wir haben köstliche Melonen, Tomaten und Feigen bekommen. Und einmal sogar einen frisch gebackenen Kirschkuchen. Sanja war für all unsere Fragen immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Bootsverleih, Tischreservierung usw. unterstützt. Der Strand ist wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Im Ort selbst gibt es ein kleines Geschäft, wo man Lebensmittel und Getränke bekommt. In Supetar gibt es dann einen Konzum und Lidl. Mirca ist ein ruhiger kleiner Ort fernab von Trubel. Genau das richtige, wenn man Erholung sucht. Wer es lauter will, kann nach Supetar fahren. Empfehlen kann ich den Olivenwanderweg. Wirklich sehr idyllisch. Und auch sonst hat die Insel einiges zu bieten. Ausgezeichnet gespeist haben wir im Grill Garden in Sutivan. Tischreservierung empfohlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Mirca und können die Villa Kamenica nur weiter empfehlen.

A perfect week in Villa Kamenica

We had a fantastic week in villa Kamenica. The villa is situated in Mirca, a quiet area about 3 km from Supetar, and just about 200 m from the beach. With 3 separate apartments, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and very spacious living-rooms, it was perfect for our family of 13 persons in age from 4 to 74. In addition the villa was very well equipped. Outside we loved the pool, which was cleaned every morning. The garden and the outside dining-place where we had breakfast and lunch, was provided with tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden every morning. On of the children had had his 10th birthday during the stay, and we were very surprised to find a great and delicious birthday cake in the fridge. The family Ravlic and Sanja Sinovcic were very helpful and took care of us in the best possible way. We wish to thank you very much for a fantastic week, and would like to back another time.

Perfekt feriebolig for storfamilien

Vi har tilbragt ei herlig uke i Villa Kamenica. Huset var perfekt for vår storfamilie (15 personer fra 7 - 81 år), stort, luftig og praktisk innredet med tre leiligheter og 7 atskilte soverom. Alt rent og fint da vi kom. Det beste med huset er uteområdet med basseng og solsenger, uteplass med spiseplass til alle, og grønnsakshage. En sjarmerende steinstrand omkranset av tamarisker ligger bare noen minutter unna. Vertskapet forsynte oss med grønnsaker fra hagen, en fantastisk hjemmelaget olivenolje og hjemmebakt kake. Sanja ordnet minibuss som ventet på oss på flyplassen og bestilte leiebil som ble brakt og hentet til huset. Området omkring er flott til gå- og sykkelturer. Hos de yngste var trampolinene i småbyene Supetar og Sutivan svært populære, de voksne satte pris på god mat og vin i restaurantene der. Takk for oss!

Perfect!

Absolutely Perfect week. The villa is anything you can ask for. Very well equipped, 3 separate apartments , pool lounge area etc. Sanya The broker took care of us in The best way helping US with all needs. Landlady Very charming. This is your perfect stay for 14-16 persons. Highly reccomended.

A wonderful time in Mirca

This Villa is fantastic. Only a minute walk to the beach yet the privacy it provides is second to none. Quiet, luxurious, spacious, easily accessible and I could go on. The owners are very nice and accommodating, they even brought our group home made cakes and pies on more than one occasion. Made us feel very welcome. There was 11 people in our group and with the great set up of the house everyone had their privacy while at the same time some great communal areas, inside and out by the pool. I think one of the best assets of the house is that you don't need to be a big group like we were, the rooms split and can be rented privately which allows smaller groups and families to enjoy it's luxury. We Loved our stay and will be back for sure!!!!
