The Design Villa Adria offers an exclusive holiday experience for up to six people on 165 m² of living space, nestled between the imposing coastal mountains and the turquoise blue sea. The modern Bauhaus-style villa spans three floors and impresses with four stylishly furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies and a spacious roof terrace with a lounge area invite you to relax, while the private infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols offers refreshing moments.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, TV (SAT), WiFi, hi-fi system and underfloor heating. Dining tables, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a grill for private use are available on the terraces. The property has three parking spaces directly on site. A baby bed can be provided upon request.



The environment combines tranquillity and nature with proximity to Split's Old Town and diverse leisure opportunities such as water sports, hiking, golf, cycling, cultural excursions and gastronomy. Beaches can be reached after 7-8 km, shopping facilities and restaurants are accessible within a few minutes.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, pool use, bed linen, towels, beach towels, electricity, water, gas, heating, baby cot, high chair, internet, kitchen towels and tourist tax. Deposit is to be paid separately. Stag parties and parties are not permitted.

Place to relax and enjoy the views

Very spacious villa, well furbished and with great views from roof and terrace. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation is at hand. The host is very helpful and nice. Could not ask for more. Maybe extra pillows. Nothing else

We had a wonderful time staying at Zrinkas house

We had a wonderful time staying at Zrinkas house . It felt like home from home . Our host was responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is beautifully kept and plenty of space for our family of 6 adult children The house is 40 mins from the airport 30 mins from Split and 20 from Trogir which made it perfect to explore the coastline and manage day trips . Our host was extremely helpful giving us recommendations and lifts if we needed them to the supermarket. There is many supermarkets in the are and the Mall of Split if you fancy a day of shopping away from the sun. The house is in a peaceful spot on days that you want to relax and enjoy the view from the house and the pool which is amazing looking over the coastline of Split . Thank you Zrinka for a wonderful stay !

We couldn't recommend staying in Zrinka's place enough!

We couldn't recommend staying in Zrinka's place enough! On arrival, she was easy to contact and was waiting outside to meet us, with some beers already chilling in the fridge. The villa was spotless both inside and out, and well equipped for all our needs. The garden and pool area was brilliant, with some of the best view of Split and the sea around. Although the villa is located slightly outside of the city centre (15 min drive), there were a handful of shops within walking distance (5/10 min walk) and some bars and restaurants located in the nearby town, Solin. We had no issues findings Ubers/Bolts to take us to/from the city. If there was ever anything we needed,there were any issues, our host, Zrinka, was always just a message away, and would respond quickly,jump round if needed. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our whole stay, looking out for us and helping us with recommendations. Overall, a great stay!!

We stayed as a group of 5 girls and were made to feel incredibly comfortable! Zrinka was a fantastic host. Responsive, attentive and kind. The villa was exactly as described. And the view was just incredible. Totally recommend this villa! We will definitely be coming back 🌞

Perfect place for a family

Perfect place for a family with grown up children as plenty of space, lovely pool, roof terrace and a bbq. All of us were extremely satisfied with it and had a lovely stay. Zrinka was on hand to help out with any questions, gave good recommendations and even took me to the supermarket to stock up on provisions. Lovely, pleasant lady too and despite her living next door gave us the space and privacy we wanted. Would highly recommend and would stay again. -

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, Zrinka always answered any questions we had and the place was lovely and clean. she was really kind, brought us wine and beer on arrival as the shops were shut and also shared the amazing cheesecake she made. zrinka gave us some recommendations for dinner and places to go and definitely looked after us during our stay. Only thing was it is a 20-25 minute drive from split but ubers were cheap and easy to get, definitely worth it for the peaceful atmosphere.

Perfect place to stay with a group of friends, Zrinka was so friendly and accommodating. The house was really clean and everything we needed, the roof terrace was great for dinners. Only thing to be aware of the garden and Zrinkas garden there is no divide so it sometime doesn’t feel completely private but we had no issues with it. Would definitely go again

Stayed here for a long weekend with friends. The location was amazing, beautiful views and super quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Zrinka was a perfect host, she was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, sending regular messages to make sure we didn’t want for anything and even drove us to hospital when one of our party twisted their ankle. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Zrinka’s villa. Zrinka is an amazing host - communication was easy from start to finish and Zrinka is so friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. She also has lots of great recommendations for the local area. The villa was fantastic, the view, the pool, the amenities were better than expected. We hope to return one day.

The villa is perfectly set out

Zrinka is a wonderful and warm host. The villa is perfectly set out with sophisticated furnishings that overlooks the city of Split that is just 25 mins drive away. Taxis are reasonably priced for visits to SolinSplit and id recommend a visit to the beautiful town of Trogir. Throughout our stay we had the benefit of Zrinka on hand to help us with any queries whilst , at the same time, feeling complete solitude and privacy. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying in this fantastic villa

We absolutely loved staying in this fantastic villa. Zrinka was so lovely and hospitable and it was great to have her next door in case we needed everything. The villa is even better than the pictures and has a gorgeous infinity pool with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are a really good size and there were 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet which was great to have. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s a gas BBQ which made it easy to cook every night. There’s a few small supermarkets nearby which are well stocked. We would really recommend this place as it was so lovely and peaceful and would visit again! -
