Waikoloa Beach Villas is perfectly situated to offer you days of fun and relaxation at sunny Waikoloa Beach Resort. It's a short stroll to the sparkling shores of A'Bay (Anaehoomalu Bay), and even fewer steps to Kings' Shops and the Queen's Marketplace, where you'll find resort fashion, art galleries, and an array of specialty stores. Dine casually or at renowned restaurants like Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grille. There is also a food court for a quick bite! The stunning Beach Golf Course borders Waikoloa Beach Villas and provides calm vistas and interesting play. Our Waikoloa Resort Gold Kings's Club membership allows our guests to play 18 holes at the Waikoloa Resort Course for $85-golf cart and range balls included in 2024. For 2025 the rate will be $90 at all hours. There are 5 other great courses nearby including Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, Hapuna and Makani.

Our villa overlooks the 3rd fairway of the Beach nine, waving palms and the lake beyond. From the designer furnishings, to mahogany cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, to the gorgeous view, this villa will make your vacation memorable.

Relax with a drink on the lanai, where you can almost touch the palm trees, while barbecuing on the built-in outdoor grill. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with quality cookware, knives, and numerous appliances. After dinner enjoy a movie or cable show on the fabulous 4K flat screen smart TV with DVR in the comfort of the plush sectional couch.

The master suite features a king bed with premium mattress and adjustable base new in 2021, luxurious high-thread count cotton linens, soaking tub and a unique, pebble floor separate shower as well as a new Samsung 4K UHD smart TV and Blu-ray player .

The Second bedroom features two, extra long, twin beds which will be put together to make a king on request as well as a flat screen tv plus Blu-ray player.

While many rentals have a start supply of necessities, we supply laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, Kleenex, napkins, paper towels, spices, aluminum foil, cling wrap, cooking oils, etc. for your entire stay.

Beautiful A'Bay (Anaehoomalu Bay) is only a two minute drive or ten minute walk away. Many other world-class beaches are nearby, as well as interesting petroglyph trails...exploring is part of the fun. Guide books and maps are provided. Maybe just relax by one of the two on-site pools with waterfalls and spas, and soak up the sun on a fluffy beach towel provided for your personal use. If your feeling up to it, the fitness center is just steps from your door!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable! The lanai BBQ was very convenient, the elevator access was great for luggage and groceries. It was stocked with plenty of towels and everything else needed, including a kitchen with every cooking tool needed. The computer set up with printer was not a need we anticipated but came in handy for printing last minute reservations. The complex was quiet even though it’s very close to two shopping areas (very convenient) and the neighbors were friendly and courteous. We took advantage of the golf discount and had a great time. Definitely a top choice for our next visit.

A Great, Gated, Elevator Home to Stay! Owner/Hosts comments were a big part of our decision and they didn't disappoint. This condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to shopping, beach and other activities. Having access to a garage was great. This place was incredible. It has everything you need and more. Definitely well stocked with enough for the whole family. Before you head to the grocery store definitely see what is in the kitchen, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect. One pool to the right one pool to the left and you’re less than a five minute walk to the shops across the street. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. We have stayed 4 times in the Waikoloa area, and this was the best condo we’ve stayed at. The condo was in excellent shape, the third floor location gave an excellent view of the patio. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything you need. The garage had everything you need for the beach, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc. The golf discount was great, our whole family got to play a round. Don and Cheryl were very responsive and excellent hosts. I would give this above 5 stars if possible.

This trip was our 25th time to Hawaii, and our 13th time to The Big Island. We have always stayed at a condo within Waikoloa Beach Resort and this was our 3rd time at Waikoloa Beach Villa. This particular unit was furnished the best of all the condos we have stayed at. The TV's, small appliances, furniture, kitchen pots/pans/etc. and the Beach "stuff" was excellent. On checking-in the code did not work and we were able to get in touch with Don quickly and they corrected the situation. Definitely would consider staying there again.

What a beautiful property! The Hale is exactly as listed, and Don and Cheryl were a dream to work with; highly responsive and very kind. The place is well stocked with shelf stable items and condiments as well as all the things needed to create home cooked meals. Plenty of towels and toiletries, so don't fret if you've forgotten anything. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and anything else you could possibly need for your trip to the beach. I would recommend anyone to stay here and Don and Cheryl will be the first people we reach out to should we visit the Big Island again. Mahalo!

We were absolutely blown away by this condo. LOOK IN THE FRIDGE BEFORE SHOPPING! You really have everything at your fingertips. From shampoo to ketchup to reusable water bottles. They have thought of everything. The location is perfect for exploring the island or just walking and shopping. A-bay is perfect and Lava Lava Beach Club at sunset is absolutely our favorite. Great place to go anywhere in the island

Condo is clean and very neat. Also has everything we needed for our vacation. All cookwares, dishes, and towels plus great kitchen were very handy for long stay. One king bed and 2 single beds were great and didn't use sofa bed. It has one parking garage, so we parked our car and very handy. It had beach towles, beach chair and umbrellas, also some snorkeling gears and sand toys. So we were able to uses in beaches. Other good benefit is it has several golf sets just enough to enjoy. Waikoloa golf course is good and beautiful. We played with goats. Not top end private course but better than any public course. Condo is about 15 minutes walk to the beach but better to drive eith all beach gears. Also there are many beaches near or far.

Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing time at this condo. Everything was great right from the start. Don and Cheryl gave excellent recommendations on activities and restaurants that I had inquired about. The condo itself was in a fantastic location. We walked around the “neighborhood”, walked/jogged to beach and trails around the beach and there was a lot of choices (restaurants, shopping, grocery store) all within walking distance. It’s a good location for many nice beaches as well. We’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO’s and this was probably the most well stocked one we’ve every stayed in. They have thought of everything and it truly had all the comforts of home. We also enjoyed every morning and every evening sitting out on the lanai just enjoying the view. Having our own grill right on our lanai was key and we used it several times. So much nicer than going to a “common area” to grill. The beach toys, chairs, boogies boards and cooler were awesome to have as well and we used something everyday. Plenty of towel and beads were comfy too! I would definitely stay here again! Don and Cheryl are amazing hosts and the communication from them was super!

This was our first trip to the Big Island and we feel like we “lucked out” with this condo in Waikoloa Beach Villas. The location was perfect for going to the beaches yet not far from Kona and their terrific farmer's market. We loved sleeping with the windows open and the smell of the flowers wafting in. The king size bed and pillows were divine. We were extremely impressed with the unit and would rent it again in a heartbeat. It was clean, spacious, quiet and we loved that the kitchen was well equipped including a coffee grinder, salad spinner and a rice cooker. We ate almost all of our meals “in” and spent those on the lanai visiting and looking out over the golf course. It was beautiful. In addition, this unit changed ownership while in the reservation phase. The transition went smoothly and the new owners were efficient and easy to work with. They called to “check on our stay” within days of us returning home and our deposit check had already been mailed. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We loved it! Deanna and David Alaska

Absolutely Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect, and so were the hosts! Checking in was a breeze as they provided us with very detailed instructions for check in, check out, and everything else we could need to know for our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and very easy to communicate with through the entire process. The spacious unit was very well furnished with beautiful and comfortable furniture and stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen was well stocked as well, and featured a double stainless sink, a super quiet dishwasher, a full size oven and flat top stove, and a full size fridge and freezer. The bedrooms were spacious while also cozy and the beds were very comfortable, too. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the lanai overlooking the golf course and cooking on the Viking grill. They have a private garage to park in with plenty of beach gear for guests to use. The ambiance of the unit as well as the property was perfect. The property has 2 heated outdoor pools and is conveniently located near several great beaches. Queens Market is just across the street and is a great place to shop, grab a coffee, or enjoy a meal with live entertainment. There is also another shopping center just up the road within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here and couldn't have asked for anything more for our family vacation. It was truly a 5 star experience and we look forward to staying here again!

Top Notch Hosts!

First of all, this was our 3rd time to the Big Island of Hawaii and second time staying in the Waikoloa Beach Resort Villas (different VRBO last time). This is my favorite area to vacation. The property around the villas is beautiful with 2 separate pool and hot tub areas. Our villa backed onto the golf course where on the lanai, we had amazing sunsets every evening. I must admit we spent most of our time out there when not out sight-seeing or golfing. The condo itself was bright, clean, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. It was a pleasant surprise to see some food, spices, condiments, water, etc. left behind from previous vacationers. I do suggest that you check out the pantry and refrigerator prior to buying groceries. The bathrooms were well stocked as well with bodywash, shampoo/conditioner as well as other supplies that previous tenants left behind (such as sunscreen, aloe etc.). Don and Cheryl had thought of everything! We golfed during our 2+ week stay so it was nice not having to bring my clubs as there were 4 sets available for our use in the garage. If you are a golfer, you must take advantage of Don and Cheryl's membership and golf the Beach, Lakes and King's course. We had so much fun and what a view! Shopping is a stroll across the street, literally! We enjoyed checking out all the shops at the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this VRBO to any of our family and/or friends. Until next time... Kelly and Pierre

“DELUXE!” That was the word my husband said when he opened the door to K32 the very first time. The third-floor villa is just beautiful and super-clean! We felt at home immediately! The kitchen is very well stocked with ALL the essentials, including cooking spices, napkins, and food storage bags. The bathroom toiletries are plentiful and include shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, body wash, and toilet paper. Laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets are also generously provided for the in-unit washer and dryer. There’s an ample supply of beach towels (in great condition, too!), plus other beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, etc.). The villa is in an excellent location (secluded and quiet); and we liked the easy access to the main highway, to the beaches [particularly Anaehoʻomalu Bay (A-Bay) and Hapuna Beach), and to other locales on the Big Island. Being within walking distance to Queens’ Marketplace and Kings’ Shops is a huge plus! Waikola Beach Villa K32 is absolutely DELUXE, and my husband and I recommend it very highly! We absolutely love Hawaii and have been coming to the Big Island three times a year since our retirement in 2005. The weather, the friendly people, the beauty of the island and the slower pace of life all contribute to our enjoyment. We like to golf, snorkel, go to the pool and read books, and walk in the mornings in the fabulous weather. We also enjoy having breakfast and dinner on our lanai while looking out over the golf course. We bought our villa because we like staying in a condo instead of a hotel room and it is conveniently located to the beach, golf, shopping, restaurants and many other attractions. We look forward to sharing our 'home away from home' with others who are seeking a beautiful island getaway.

What makes this property unique

While we do have guests that stay for only a week, most of our guests stay for longer periods of time. Our unit is setup to be a true home away from home. You will find better quality items throughout the unit. We believe in those small touches such as replacing sheets, blankets and towels frequently. Buying higher quality electronics, appliances, knives, pots, pans etc. Providing our guests with boogie boards, beach chairs, mats and umbrellas. Providing high speed internet with Wi-Fi plus cordless phones with free calls to the US and Canada. We want you to be able to keep in touch while being out of touch from the mainland. We are very fortunate to have many repeat guests that stay for extended periods of time. Keeping all our guests happy is our highest priority.
