About John Socolofsky
John and Jennifer live in nearby Larkspur. We have lived in Colorado for about 18 years, and love the outdoors, skiing, hiking, camping, and gardening. Both of our fathers were US Air Force, so we moved around a lot as we were growing up. We have four kids - one in high school and three in college. One of our boys graduated from the US Air Force Academy, and we have another who is still a Cadet. We enjoy opening our home to Cadets when they need a little time away.
John Socolofsky purchased this Cottage in 2017
Why John Socolofsky chose Palmer Lake
We have always loved Palmer Lake, and shopped for over a year for the perfect little cottage we could rent to vacationers who want to experience life in a small mountain community. We think the location is perfect - right in the mountains, but close to USAFA, Colorado Springs, and Denver.
What makes this Cottage unique
Location, Location, Location. This cottage offers a peaceful taste of mountain village life, but is close to civilization. We love the fact that, on one side of Palmer Lake is this huge playground of the Rocky Mountains, and on the other side is nearly anything you might want to do in the city.
