This cozy lakeside retreat boasts modern style. Wake up to breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains and enjoy a day filled with activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding & delicious local restaurants & bars only a walk away.

As a bonus, the charming mountain town is home to a train that runs next to the lake, adding a touch of Disney-Pixar magic to your stay. Book now and treat yourself to a mountain oasis unlike any other! Within 20min to Castle Rock & CO Springs.

Our home has a 6 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds!

5 of the bedrooms have 1 Queen Size bed in each & the 6th bedroom is a large master that has 2 queen size beds in it. Baby crib or high chair available upon request.

Each room has it's own smart TV for each guest & any kids who may want to watch cartoons while falling asleep.

The upstairs has a full size kitchen for you to cook the amazing dinner after all days of outdoors and enjoy it with the Lake view! The downstairs has a kitchenette. Both levels have washers and dryers and their own bathrooms!

Enjoy morning coffee or hot chocolate on the furnished deck with the view of the lake! Or by the fireplace with the view of the mountains!
We have an abundance of beautiful hiking trails around us within walkable distance from the property.

The house is a 1 minute walk from Palmer Lake and bars/restaurants.

We are just a 3 minute drive from Spruce Mountain Wedding Venue!

Excellent spot for exploring Palmer Lake, Monument and the Renaissance Festival in Larkspur. It’s great, like two houses in one!

This is actually my favorite VRBO property I’ve ever stayed in. Every bedroom, bathroom, and living space was exactly as shown in the photos or even cuter. Perfectly clean. Perfect communication before, during, after. And we were blown away by the extras like Native shampoo, Meyer hand soap… The entire group can’t wait to stay again and make it a special Palmer Lake tradition. Thank you!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much. The host was very responsive, providing a crock pot, fishing poles, etc. we loved the recreation area with pickle ball, hiking, disc golf and more. The beds were very comfy and we had lots of room to spread out and hang out.Check in and out process was easy peasy!Would definitely stay here again!

Easy to book. Worked with us on an early arrival and late check out. The place was amazing and Anthony was a great host. Very easy.

Perfect place to stay!

We were there for my daughter's wedding and the house was absolutely perfect for everyone! Very clean and plenty of room everyone! I would definitely recommend staying at this location! The location was great and we were able to walk to locations. Not far from a larger town.

Hands down a top favorite property.

Accomodations were perfect. Had everything to make us feel at home for our entire stay. Host was great with communication. Fit our entire family and still had space for everyone to be comfortable.

Best stay ever!

Very clean and cute place, perfect for large groups! Loved the back patio. Anthony was great, very responsive! Even let us check in early for our wedding day! Would love to come stay again!

Loved our stay!

We stayed here with our bridal party before our wedding. The inside was super cute and just as pictured. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It is not actually on the lake, but there is a walking trail to get across. It was a good location and close to everything.

The house was beautiful and cozy… but we couldn’t get the actual coffee maker to work lol probably user error. And wish there was a fenced in yard for the dogs but we made it work!

Awesome party house

This place is in an AMAZING location. Deer posted up right near the patio in the evening and early morning. The space is so great and really is like having 2 homes in one rental. Looking for a spot for a big group near the lake- this is your house!

Great House Near Colorado Springs

This is my second time that my family has stayed at this property. The house was perfect for our visit to USAFA in Colorado Springs. It is very spacious and in a great location, with amazing views, in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was very easy and the host, Anthony, had great communication. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a great stay.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

This property is perfectly tailored as a short term rental! They thought of everything that you could possibly need. The place was immaculate and all the beds , couches, furniture was so incredibly comfortable and inviting. It was BY FAR the best VRVO we have ever used! Great Job!!

Wedding Rental

Stayed with the wedding party and we had a blast. Guys downstairs, girls upstairs. Loved having the option for privacy or all being together.

First Stay Post-Renovation

Anthony is an outstanding host. He is very flexible and as long as communication is two way and prompt, he ensure that you and your guests have an amazing stay. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was settled quite promptly. House is spacious and cozy at the same time, 10/10 would recommend for a weekend stay :)

Night in Palmer Lake

Outstanding property nestled in a quiet Palmer Lake neighborhood. The house was very clean, check in was very easy, and the property stacked up to how it was advertised online. The property manager provided prompt and detailed answers to questions through the VRBO app. Great location and neighborhood, within walking distance to the small Palmer Lake downtown, park, and lake. Overall a great place to stay, will book again if needed!
