House-apartment in Masia del S. XVII 5 km. of the beach

Beautiful and cozy house-apartment located in the North wing of a Catalan farmhouse of the S. XVII
For architectural reasons of the farm children under 12 years are not allowed.

Upon arrival, you park outside at the same entrance door, the entire estate is closed by an old stone wall. Upon accessing the interior of the farm, we are in the common courtyard. On the left a spacious garage suitable for motorcycles, bicycles, surfboards or other equipment. Following, on the right, the original laundry and watering hole and behind the blocks of our couple d horses (super docile fit to interact with them). In front is
 the large farmhouse with a bugambillia that covers an entire facade and on the left a quiet garden area.
At the right end of the house a porch with 4 arches which is accessed by a small garden gate that surrounds and privatizes your apartment.
Upon entering the porch we will be in your private area, an ideal stay for summer afternoons where you can cool off with the marinade lying in a hammock or prepare a barbecue with charcoal and firewood, at the end of the garden there is a staircase that gives access to another small garden, under the stairs there is the room, of the washing machine.
We climb the porch stairs and we are at the entrance door and on the terrace overlooking the Canigo, the mountains of La Alvera, Rosas and the fields surrounding the house. Excellent place to enjoy breakfast lunches and dinners, you can use the aromatic ones in four planters.
Relax with a drink watching the beautiful sunsets and the rising of the moon.
We enter the apartment and we find a high, bright room, with a stone wall and wooden beams. we are in the dining room, two good seats in front of the large window where you will see the sun and the moon rise comfortably and in winter you can turn on the wood stove in the corner, take Wi-Fi, the air conditioner.
The furniture contains the dishes. Dining room with glass table and stainless steel chairs and open kitchen fully equipped. Fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, full battery, pans.
The roof of the kitchen, is the floor of the loft that crowns this pleasant set. The iron and wood staircase is open and the fantastic loft to rest on the good, comfortable and spacious sofa. There you have the smart tv.
Returning to the dining room we go to the hallway that leads to the rooms in the middle of the hallway to the right the nice bathroom with shower.
> Next to it, the double bedroom is very nice and spacious enough with a 160x200 double bed with built-in wardrobe. The two-leaf window gives the west.
> All rooms have wooden ceilings and mosquito nets and window gates.
Then there is the single room with a bed of 90x190 a piece of furniture to place the belongings and a bar with hangers.
> The third room is a room of 21 m with two beds of 90x200 mounted together, with two simple and old bedside tables, the whole bed is in front of a large window with curtains foscurit and another linen.
> Entering the room on the right hand side there is an old wooden closet for use. And entering to the right, a comfortable relaxation area with a comfortable sofa. From this large room you access the back garden with shower 2 sun beds and awning.
