The decor is impressive with the rock dominating the living room. The outdoor terrace and the possibility to open up the kitchen made the apartment feel bigger. We spent most of our time when at home on the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped although the knives really need sharpening. Our host was responsive. Small problems that we had on arrival were addressed in a timely fashion. Christa also very kindly drove us to the bus station on the day we were leaving.

Endroit extrêmement agréable. Il ne manque quasiment rien. Jolie décoration, jolie vue sur Cadaquès, la mer et la montagne, très bon équipement. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour. Et nous comptons bien y revenir.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison atypique. Elle est bien située, au calme, avec une belle terrasse et une vue magnifique et on s'y sent bien. Places de parking dans la rue qui longe la maison. La maison est en hauteur, on descend vers le centre. Pour rentrer, il faut monter. On peut tout faire à pied : restaurants, commerces, baignade à 10 min, la maison Dali à 20 min, La ville de Cadaquès est charmante, et mérite d'y séjourner. Région magnifique également.

Excellent Cadaques small home

We very much enjoyed our three night stay. The home does require walking and steps but its a short 5 minute walk to town up and down a paved but protected road with almost no traffic other than an occasional vespa. The home has two bedrooms and comfirtable beds, a full kitchen, good AC, and a lovely terrace from which you can see the sea. Parking on the common road is easy enough with current backup cameras in cars. We would absokutely stay here again.

Very nice located

The house is very well located, within walking distance of the center of Cadaquès. The view is magnificent. Very nice terrace, quiet and pleasant. The owner is very friendly.

A great place.

We spent an incredibly relaxed and peaceful time there, could just relax and unwind. The apartment was stylish, very well set up with a lot of little details and at the same time cozy that made the stay fantastic. It was well equipped and we lacked nothing. The kitchen area had everything you need, lots of dishes, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets ….. in short everything you need in a kitchen is there. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The outdoor terrace is very nice with comfortable furniture and great views over Cadaques. Thanks to Christa who is very welcoming, showed us everything you needed to know about the house when we arrived, and recommended the best places to visit and eat in Cadaques. We would recommend this place without a second thought.

Er even tussenuit…

De accomodatie is top, mooi gestyled appartement, mooi groot terras met zicht op Cadaques. Aangenaam ontvangst. De gastvrouw had met haar wagen een parking voorbehouden voor ons. We boekten nl in het drukste weekend van het jaar. We kregen een goede uitleg van haar over het appartement, de omgeving, de makkelijkste weg om naar het dorp te gaan. De weg naar is nl steil. Een nadeel is wel het geluid van de drukke weg die ernaast ligt. Het ingesloten dal maakt dat het geluid fel klinkt. Er waren ook wegenwerken aan de gang in het dal met een drilboor. ‘s Avonds was het wel rustig. Cadaques is top. Mooi pittoresk dorpje, veel terrasjes, winkeltjes en restaurantjes. We pikten een concertje mee. We hebben stevige wandelingen gemaakt, dorpjes verder in Spanje bezocht. Lekker gegeten. Kortom, alles een vakantie mag zijn. We waren met 2, mijn man en ik. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers. De badkamer met inloopdouche is praktisch, maar niet zo groot. Met 4 volwassenen is dit wel aan de krappe kant. Voor ons met 2 geen probleem. Ik overweeg zeker nog eens te boeken als we Cadaqués bezoeken. Want we hebben lang nog niet alles gezien. Het was genieten…

Fab apartment with view.

Interesting interior, modern and well equipped. Great indoor outdoor flow. Short steep walk to the village. Christa met us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars. Beaches are on pebbles but the water was very clear. Fabulous place.

Beautiful place

Lovely home set above the town of Cadaques. A few minute walk down some steps and you’re along the main street leading to the water. The promenade has an excellent choice of foods. Christa was wonderful in providing a restaurant list that she has manicured over the years to give you access to exactly what you want. We enjoyed our time in the home. The glass doors opening onto the covered patio was so relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. We loved every part of this stay. Make sure to hike cap de Creus - it is such a gorgeous spot!
