The Willows is located perfectly for a weekend away at the races, theatre breaks, the river festival, motor show or if you and your friends just want to enjoy the river, bars and restaurants that Stratford has to offer.

The house is within 10 minutes’ walk of The Royal Shakespeare Company’s riverside theatre and offers stylish modern accommodation with a garden, kitchen as well as all rooms being en-suite.
All rooms also have smart TV's and there is WIFI throughout.

Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick Castle and the beautiful Cotswolds are all less than 30 minutes’ drive from the town, while historic Oxford is around 1 hour away.

Short stay in Stratford

Lovely place to stay while visiting Stratford Upon Avon! The host was very responsive and the place was clean with a great location. The laundry facilities could use some updating/fixing, but that did not distract from our great time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice house and very nice owner

The owner was very available and very welcoming. She left some food (eggs, bread, butter, fruits...) and drinks (bottle of wine, beers..) to welcome us, I've never seen that in other rental. It's really nice. The house is nice, 4 rooms each with bathroom, very convenient! Nice yard behind! I recommend for sure!

Stratford-upon-Avon

A lovely, clean, exceptionally well equipped home from home. We were a family group celebrating a birthday, with ages between 13 and 83. This house suited us perfectly, especially as my father has problems with mobility. Two bedrooms are downstairs. Every bedroom is ensuite. Kitchen was fully equipped we needed nothing extra. A freshly decorated property, which was very clean. Small garden to sit out in. Ten minutes easy walk to town centre. Small convenience shop a couple of minutes walk away. Good parking, easy to find. And my messages to the host were promptly and fully answered. Cannot find fault. 10/10. Many thanks for helping make a memorable weekend!

Birthday break

This property is located within east walking distance of the centre Stratford, the perfect location for a weekend break. The house is spotless and is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful family weekend away. Highly recommended. Thank you to Emma for the excellent comms.

Excellent House in great location

We had a fabulous time There were 8 of us, all adults and we stayed here for 4 nights, the house is absolutely beautiful. Everything you could need and spotlessly clean. As the weather was so hot, we made full use of the garden aswell. The house is in a reasonably quiet road and is within easy walking distance of the town and all the attractions. The host, Emma was very efficient and answered any questions we had extremely quickly. On our arrival we found she had put a few supplies in the fridge and a bottle of bubbly as we were celebrating a couple of birthdays, which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend and if ever returning to the area would look to stay here again. I

Our party of 7 adults had everything we could have wanted . The location was easily walkable into town where we enjoyed the history , restaurants and The King John performance .

Great house for a big group

7 of my friends and I stayed for 2 nights; it was a bday trip. We had a great stay, the house is big and equipped with everything we needed, there are lots of bathrooms which is great for a big group, and the garden is lovely. The house location is minutes walking from city centre. The host was friendly and very responsive. Very happy with everything, we'd stay there again.
