Perfect location

We were very happy with our stay in Casa Beta. Location was great and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. We would recommend to anyone. Staff were fully devoted to their job and always helpful and friendly. We don’t think anything needs improving. We would like to thank all staff who guided and assisted us whilst in Lucca over the Xmas and New year holidays!

The apartment was wonderful and we had everything we needed. The only problem was it was a very hot time of year and the air conditioning failed except in one room, otherwise it was great.

Wonderful property in great location

Casa Beta is a well appointed apartment with an excellent layout for two couples to share. The location is excellent- very central to all the wonderful sights of Lucca but in a quiet side road with little traffic or noise.

Great location in modern apartment

The property description and photos are very accurate. The apartment is spacious enough but not for an extended stay. Having air conditioning during the hot weather was certainly a plus. Lucca is a walled city with limited taxi service or public transportation so there is a lot of walking. Fortunately it is flat! We had a pleasant stay.

The apartment was exactly as described. It's located very close to Piazza San Michele so is easy to find. We arrived late in the evening due to our flight being delayed, however, Manuel and Christina helped us arrange a late check in while we were travelling so it made everything very easy. We'd definitely stay here again.

A two week stay for studying.

The apartment was really lovely and big and located very central is the access to all of the city of Lucca. We will surely be back. Need some more utilities for the kitchen. And the vacuum cleaner was really bad.

Great location, close to all the amenities

Very comfortable accomodation in an area close to all amenities and P. San Michele. The responsiveness of the staff and owner when we encountered a couple of issues was quick. Please ensure that the kitchen is a little bit more equipped for future guests. We had needed a couple of breakfast bowls and tea spoons. There was only one dish towel and there were no trash bin bags after we threw away our trash once, which meant that we could not properly throw away the last trash in bathrooms. Also, it would be appreciated to have at minimum some coffee, a small bottle of olive oil and a bottle of water just like I had at the last property (Casa Santa Zita) last summer. While we were ready to buy our groceries and food, the items described above are sort of basic. Thank you.

Fantastic Experience

I loved the style and layout of the apartment. The second bedroom and bathroom location allowed the three of us to have sufficient space and privacy. I also thought the decor was very well-chosen and tasteful. In addition, we were particularly pleased with the staff of Lucca Apartments and Villas. They were exceptional in terms of their responsiveness and professionalism. This was our second time using this company in Lucca and we will certainly stay with them on our next trip! We have had an excellent experience on each occasion. Thank you! The kitchen knives were very dull which made preparing and cooking meals to be rather difficult. I would suggest replacing them. Also it would be very helpful to have an extension cord for the microwave as there was no plug on the wall where it is located.

Great Location, Perfect for Couples

The apartment was in a fabulous location, close to everything. It’s perfectly set up for two or four people, with separate ensuites and bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment, and the ability to close off the back bedroom/bathroom, for privacy. The size is great. All of the appliances worked well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were sufficient towels in both ensuite baths. The throw cushions on both beds, and on the love seat could stand to be replaced, as they were all pretty worn out! The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but we had to go out and buy tea towels, oven mitts and hot pads. The knives do need to be replaced, as they are very dull. We had to use a drain cleaner in the shower, as it was plugged up, but that was an easy fix. Clocks needed batteries and some of the light bulbs were burned out. We replaced what we could and left a note regarding what we weren’t able to fix or replace. We might also suggest a small coffee table, or occasional tables in the living space, as there wasn’t anywhere to put a drink or a book. Again, an easy fix, as we just took the small table from under the window, but not having to rearrange furniture might be appealing to some renters.
