'Peche' La Grange du Moulin -Just families - Fun for kids - Heated pool - wifi

Peche cottage is located on the La Grange du Moulin property . It is one of six cottages on site in a small family owned group. It is exclusively for families with young children so you will have like minded parents to chat with whilst your children make new friends and no one will frown when your toddler has a tantrum !

Much safer than a large complex or camping site as you easily get to know the other families staying onsite and it's all completely enclosed in a quiet, rural environment. Your children can run in and out of your holiday cottage freely . The enclosed play garden is right outside, so you'll hear them call whilst you read a book on your terrace whilst enjoying a chilled glass of the local Pineau.

The pool area is also safely enclosed and alarmed for extra security, so you can relax in the knowledge your children can play freely with their new found friends.

Peche cottage sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. It is therefore suitable for 2 smaller families to share or gives a family extra space to bring Grandma and Grandpa. We have other smaller cottages available too - just enquire.

It has 2 double bedrooms as well as two twin rooms. There is a main bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and shower (over the bath) plus the main double bedroom has a shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

Downstairs there are 2 large patio window/doors to the front
so each family can have its own key. There are 2 small patio areas to the front with drinks table and chairs, ideal if you are feeling sociable and want to sit with a glass of wine while the children play in the garden and chat to other guests as they pass by.

There is a large dining room with a table suitable for 8, a large sitting room with window to the rear overlooking the open fields and a kitchen with door to the rear where your garden tables, chairs and parasol are and charcoal barbecue.

The kitchen has its own fridge freezer and dishwasher and has an electric oven with gas hob, toaster and microwave and plenty of crockery and cutlery for a comfortable self catering holiday.

Cot, high chair, booster seat, change mat, toys and books, stair barriers, potty and toilet seat , plastic crockery and cutlery, toddler step an hand blender are standard items in all the cottages. We can also provide steriliser, baby bath and lots of other baby equipment all free of charge and saves you room in the car

Please note the following
There is NO SMOKING or Vaping on site at all - you must leave the property to smoke, you cannot smoke on your rear or front terraces, by the pool or anywhere in the enclosed garden. We ask that you walk to the refuse and parking area if you wish to smoke, this is a child friendly property and for the comfort of all our guests smoking is strictly forbidden.
There is no television
There is NO MUSIC or radio allowed to be heard outside your gite. You should use headphones
