Unique apartment with a panoramic sea view to La Concha Bay. Set on the first line of La Concha beach, the Bella Vista is a 218 m2 (2.347 sq. ft) apartment that takes the entire 4th floor of a building with elevator located just in the golden mile of San Sebastian: The famed Paseo de La Concha.



The apartment is in the very best area in the heart of the city. The building is set on a pedestrian walk by the beach, within a short walk to the Old Quarter. The private access to the front door of the building is on Zubieta Street and has a few steps. The area surrounding the apartment consists on beautiful gardens and pedestrian walks where you can experience a relaxing carefree holiday for you and your family.



This dazzling apartment with an impressive sea view has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with a dining area, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and 4 balconies. The living room and the master bedroom face the sea. Both have direct access to two balconies overlooking the bay. Two bedrooms have twin beds while the other two bedrooms have double beds. The master bedroom faces the sea and the other three bedrooms face Zubieta Street. There are four balconies in the apartment: two balconies face La Concha Bay while the other two balconies face Zubieta Street. The first bathroom is ensuite for the master bedroom and has a hot tube. The other two bathrooms have showers. There is also a half bath just by the dinning area in the living room. Not to mention, the apartment has free high-speed internet available for the guests.

Amazing apartment

Staying in the Bella Vista apartment was such a perfect part of our visit to San Sebastián. The location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to be, the apartment was spacious and well furnished, and the view was unmatched. We would definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect for us. The view was outstanding! There was plenty of room for us. I was disappointed in the sheets we had on our beds. The bottom fitted sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress. We would stay there again. It was close to train and bus stations.

Perfect location in older building

The location was perfect. The apartment was older and could benefit from some modernization and larger beds for couples. Checkin was a bit of a nuisance since you had to make a separate stop at the management office to pick up keys.

The location cannot be better. Spectacular view! The beds are quite firm-harder than I prefer, but certainly not too soft. There is a septic oder from the inner courtyard that got quite strong toward the end of our stay. Plenty of towels, and the cleaning in the middle was lovely. We had to furnish all condiments (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, and almost all laundry soap, hand soap, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper) ourselves, which is fine, but is nice to know ahead. The knives are terrible and the scissors need replacing. A knife sharpener would help. The vacuum cleaner does not have much suction at all and is really not useful. Probably needs servicing, new bags and filtersreplacing. It would be lovely to have had beach towels & chairs. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you so much!!! Susan Smith

Limpiamos bien el filtro pero ni aún así no limpiaba bien, Tuvimos q comprar jabón líquido para conseguir q limpiara algo. La cafetera es bastante mala. Las toallas no secaban nada eran de una calidad muy mejorable. Por lo demás todo de maravilla. Si podemos nos encantará volver
