Bright apartment on the third floor of three completely restored apartments, master bedroom with possible cot-baby bed, bedroom with single bed and living room with double sofa bed. Large equipped kitchen, with microwave oven, refrigerator ... Panoramic terrace - "Altana" overlooking the lagoon and the historic center of Chioggia. Apartment located in the Pedestrianized area (10.00 - 20.00), convenient to shops and services, a step away from the pier for direct boarding to Venice, about 50 meters, from which the Vaporetti line and private excursions to the Lagoon depart .
Air Conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Comes with bed linen, kitchen and bathroom. Three bicycles are available for guests to use.

Charmante Altbauwohnung mit grandioser Terrasse

Die Wohnung im Herzen von Chioggia ermöglicht ein "Leben mit italienischem Flair". Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, die einen Rundumblick ermöglicht. Sie ist ausserhalb der Wohnung über mehrere Treppen zu erreichen und wir haben sie täglich für Frühstück und Abendessen genutzt. Die Vermieterfamilie hat uns bestens umsorgt, die Kommunikation war schnell und zuverlässig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Chioggia at its best

Wir waren mit unserer 10-jährigen Tochter im Juli dort. Für drei Personen wirklich sehr gut geeignet mit viel Platz. Das Apartment ist etwas zurückgesetzt von der Fußgängerzone Chioggias gelegen. Es ist das oberste von insgesamt drei Wohnungen im Stadthaus (Altbau, kein Fahrstuhl). In der Fußgängerzone findet man viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bars. Toll ist auch der typische Markt am Donnerstag (überwiegend Kleidung). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10-15 Minuten am Strand. Die ersten zwei Brücken auf dem Weg zum Strand sind für ungeübte Verkehrsteilnehmer etwas aufregend, da dort auch PkW, Mofas und andere Fahrradfahrer unterwegs sind. Sorgen machen muss man sich nicht, da alle gut aufpassen. Großartig ist der Blick von der Dachterasse von der man Chioggia und die Lagune überblicken kann. Wir haben diese oft zum Frühstück oder Abendessen genutzt. Die Dachterasse liegt über dem Apartment und ist über Treppen erreichbar. Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn waren jederzeit per E-Mail, SMS oder Telefon erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
