20 Red Cardinal is a chic and sophisticated 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bath Sea Pines vacation rental home. With books on the shelves and art on the walls, this second-row ocean home is a grown-up retreat down a lush beachside street, elegant and private. There is a 2-car garage available for guest use.

Once through the etched glass and wooden front doors, you enter a light and open marble-tiled foyer and immediately to the left is the inviting living area with warm light wood cabinetry and finishes, abundant seating including an L-shaped sofa, 2 swivel rockers, and vaulted wooden ceilings with skylights. Along the far wall are large sliding glass doors and huge windows that really bring the outside in with a wraparound balcony that goes the length of the house and connects to the pool deck.

There’s a huge wall-mounted 50" SMART TV with surround sound, Blu-ray, and a stereo system. And don’t miss the built-in temperature-adjustable wine cooler, to store your favorites just how you like them! Adjacent to the living room, the dining room is open and spacious with an octagonal glass-topped table that seats 8. This “corner table” has views of the home’s sparkling swimming pool.

With a pass-through window to the dining room, the fully-equipped kitchen is roomy and has been remodeled with black granite countertops, new cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast table for 4 that also overlooks the pool. The foyer bathroom is nearby, as well as a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer & plenty of counters and cabinets.

At the far end of the foyer, the tasteful and serene Master Suite features a King bed, 45" SMART TV with Blu-ray, and a walk-in closet. Elegant floor-to-ceiling cream drapes over sliding-glass doors pull open to reveal the pool which is “right there”! The lavish master bath has a dual-head walk-in shower and a black granite double vanity with sophisticated cream-hued cabinetry and a skylight.

Back in the foyer, go up a half level and find two additional bedrooms, each with two double beds, 34" SMART TVs, balconies, and both with private baths with combination tub/shower.

Atop the next level’s landing is a delightful seating area and game table, which overlooks the living room below. Also on this floor is another Master bedroom with a King bed, corner wall-mounted 36" SMART TV and two closets. A private balcony overlooks the pool. In fresh lime batik wallpaper, the spa-like bathroom has a dual-head shower and double vanity.

The lovely private pool at 20 Red Cardinal is surrounded by an expansive deck and accessible from so many rooms that it really feels a part of the house. There is also entry from backyard with outdoor shower, so convenient when returning from the beach just across the street. And with its fabulous Sea Pines location close to the new Beach Club and Plantation Golf Club, you are truly set up for the ultimate Hilton Head vacation experience!

Access to the Beach: Path diagonally across the road from the driveway, to the left of the hedge, between 13 Red Cardinal and 15 Red Cardinal. Take that to the main beach path, turn right.
