We also appreciate your detailed comments on areas that could be improved. We’ve already shared your feedback with the owner in hopes that upgrades can be made where possible. While additional seating is limited by space, the great room does have a nearby 3-seater sofa and extra chairs placed around to help accommodate larger groups. We're happy to report that we've added more silverware to the kitchen to better support larger families. For the bathroom concerns, our maintenance team has addressed the tub drain and confirmed the hall toilet is functioning properly. Regarding the bikes, we’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. We work regularly with that rental company and typically receive very positive feedback, so your experience is not something we commonly hear. That said, we will absolutely share your feedback with them so they can look into the prep process and improve where needed. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay at 11 Spotted Sandpiper, however we feel terrible that you felt our team responded to your call inappropriately. Unfortunately, when issues arise unexpectedly, we like to ensure we are able to address them before immediately issuing a refund. We apologize if you felt that we were unwilling to initially refund you for the issue. We are committed to doing what’s right in every situation and wanted to quickly send a member of our property management team who was in the area over to assess and address the issue before making an adjustment for the inconvenience. As mentioned, we did refund the missed day of pool/spa heat and are again so sorry that happened during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and thank you again for your review.
