Αποτελείται από 2 ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα 86τμ το καθένα, στο ισόγειο και στον όροφο, που ενοικιάζονται χωριστά ή μαζί (όλο το σπίτι) με μίνιμουμ διαμονή 7 νύκτες και επιθυμητή την πιο μακρόχρονη μίσθωση με ανάλογη έκπτωση. Το σπίτι έχει οικόπεδο 300τμ με πλακοστρωμένη αυλή και κήπο. Βρίσκεται στη παραλιακή ζώνη του Χόρτου, σε απόσταση 30μ από την θάλασσα. Το ισόγειο διαμέρισμα είναι από μόνο του ένα σπίτι άνετο, με μεγάλο καθιστικό, 2 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και μπάνιο, κατάλληλο για οικογένεια ή παρέα 4 ατόμων, με δική του χωριστή είσοδο. Είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένο και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις και τις συσκευές, που απαιτούνται για μακρόχρονη διαμονή. Epavli Sofia built in 1900 was the house of my family in the countryside. I spent my childhood holidays in this house and I refit and fully renovated the old house with all the modern comforts and amenities.

The ground floor apartment is an entire house, where guests feel at home, because they have their own exclusive place being alone & undisturbed, tele-working via the constant limitless wifi internet, relaxing on sofa watching HD smart tv, cooking and eating according to their schedule inside & outside in the garden. The paved courtyard & the covered with artificial lawn garden with two dining tables ensure privacy and relax next to the sea. Epavli Sofia situated at 30m from the beach (5min. walk) ensures swimming and sea sports in the child friendly and calm waters of Pagasitikos gulf. The neighborhood is quiet because there are only cottages, no shops and no cars on the narrow alley. Horto is a picturesque seaside village far away from mass tourism and from the commercial & vehicles hustle and bustle. Its name is originated from the latin word hortus meaning garden, because of the leafy and verdant nature. The house is ideal for family vacations offering sea and mountain leisure break and it is also ideal for tele-working persons thanks to privacy and tranquility in a comfortable & quiet place next to the sea . Guests drive to the nearby villages of Pelion, famous for the traditional architecture and the squares with the enormous centuries-old plane trees, hike on “calderimia”, the traditional stone paved roads into the lush vegetation and running waters, they visit the antiquities in the surroundings of the city of Volos and the famous "tsipouradika", taverns serving tsipouro, a kind of ouzo, with sausages and seafood. Seaside taverns and restaurants in Horto serve fresh fish and local meal. Horto is a wonderful place during four seasons thanks to the beauty, quietness, vegetation and the calm sea looking like a lake with the islands and the mountain ranges on the horizon. Horto is connected to the villages and to the city of Volos by public transport and is served by taxi drivers. Free parking in the square & elsewhere in the village.
