Apartment in the best beach of Lagos, very quiet, overlooking the sea, with capacity for four people, located in the Urbanization of Pearl, in Meia Praia, about 2 Km from the center of Lagos. Quiet area, right in front of the long sandy beach, about 7 km. It is a first floor, consisting of a bedroom with twin beds, a dining and living room with sofa beds for two people, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs and charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, water heater, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, etc. Also includes sheets and towels. It is refurbished, furnished and equipped, making for an excellent holiday stay. The urbanization has parking.

Cet appartement est situé au fond d'une rue derrière les autres bâtiments, la vue de la terrasse est un grand mur blanc et quelques arbres, la photo de la terrasse dans l'annonce est trompeuse. La salle de bain est vétuste comme la robinetterie! Le canapé est vieux et cassé! Cet appartement demande une sérieuse rénovation! Il est bien propre et bien équipé. Très mauvaise isolation du bâtiment!
