MODERN VILLA TO RENT IN BENISSA COAST (COSTA BLANCA), with private pool for up to 6 people.



LAYOUT: The villa Baydal has a modern style, both in the exterior and the interior and its furniture. It is distributed on a single floor, where we find the three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds) and two bathrooms (both with shower). It has a large fully equipped kitchen, with black marble worktop and white carpentry. Finally, there is a large living-dining room with a table and two beautiful grey fabric sofas.



EXTERIOR: The property of 170m2 is built on a plot of 800m2. It has a large terrace with hammocks and a magnificent infinity pool. It also has another terrace in front of the living room, with table and chairs where breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed watching the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. At a lower level we find a covered terrace with a large portable gas barbecue. There is two entrances to this property, two automatic sliding doors, and plenty of space to park the cars.



LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Benissa Costa. Near the sea and sandy beach, La Fustera. We can find many coves of crystalline waters along the coast of this town, or we can take the car and get in 10min to the endless beaches of Calpe. It also has a supermarket at 800 meters.
