The villa is located in the Sierra Bernia, in a very quiet and surrounded by nature, in ALHAMA SPRINGS Construction environment. Construction on 8,000 m2 plot and 307 m2 approximate. It has 3 bedrooms with double bed with the possibility of turning them into dual-use. It also has one studio room with double sofa bed, making a total capacity of up to 8 people.

All rooms have a dressing room, bathroom and shower. spacious and comfortable living room with fireplace. very bright separate dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. Large covered terrace with dining area and relaxation from where you have a view of the Mediterranean and private pool. Separate laundry area. In addition to these amenities, the ground has a capacity to park more than 4 cars.

Just 2 km find the village Altea La Vella, with all facilities: supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, health center, bank, veterinary, church, hardware store, post office, library. Altea is 3 km as the Golf Don Cayo, and a 10-minute drive can enjoy its beautiful beaches and picturesque old town.

Being close to the town and also in the mountains, there are plenty of interesting activities to do: hiking, diving, golf, horse riding, amusement park, beach, shopping centers, etc.

To access the villa, if you come by the highway:
Take exit 64 towards N-332 / Altea / Calpe / Calp.
Turn left onto CV-755 Ctra. Callosa de Ensarriá. Pass the village Altea la Vella and continue on CV -755. Turn right at the sign of urbanization Alhama Springs, continues to climb up to find street Margarida 11.

Had a lovely Holliday , The villa is situated in a wonderful area that is soo peaceful and a 5 min drive to the village where you have pretty much everything that you need . Lovely sized swimming pool and had everything you need . Rober was a great host and I would highly recommend this property.

Stunning property!

An absolutely stunning property in pristine condition. Huge amount of space inside and out, fantastic huge pool, extremely high quality in every sense. Very private, surrounded by mature gardens. Rober was fantastic and very helpful. Car absolutely needed though, as is quite a bit off the beaten track.

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is absolutely stunning and in very peaceful surroundings. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say that most of our days were spent at the house and predominantly by the pool! The pool is amazing, our kids loved it! The house is very well equipped, and has everything you would need - and more. Rober was extremely helpful and welcoming, and if we had any queries he sorted them out quickly and efficiency. He helped make the holiday even more relaxing! The villa is quite remote, which on the one hand is great because it’s peaceful but on the other hand we did have to drive everywhere. The town is only about 2km away but the walk would be quite tough (especially for our 3 kids!). We would definitely like to come back again, it was a very relaxed holiday in a beautiful villa and we loved every minute!

Ffantastic villa

I find it a little difficult to write this positive review as it reduces my chances of being able to book the villa again. This was our second time here. The house is a real gem. You have a lot of space, especially the large property ensures peace and quiet and the children can be a bit noisy. The garden and pool are maintained twice a week, which is a big job considering the size of the property. In recent years, the property has undergone further significant development. The view below the Sierra de Bernia is a dream. From the pool you can see this magnificent mountain range. Tall trees provide pleasant shade.Several air conditioning units in the house ensure a pleasant climate.The nearby village of Altea la Vella is a welcome contrast to the tourist centres of Calpe and Benidorm. There are plenty of shops and good restaurants in the village.A visit in spring allows for extensive hikes in the hinterland and you can enjoy the splendour of the flowers.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Wo soll ich anfangen? Die antike Villa ist liebevoll mit modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Jeder Raum hat ein spezielles Motto, mein liebster Raum war das Esszimmer. So liebevoll und absolut schön gestaltet. Der Balkon ein Genuss für die Augen, mit Korbmöbeln und hellen Kissen, mit Glastischen und Accessoires ausgestattet, Wohlfühlfaktor total. Die Villa steht erhöht auf einem mit Palmen, Bäumen und exotischen Pflanzen umrahmten riesigen Grundstück. Unten ist der wirklich große Pool, der den Blick von oben vollkommen macht. Und dann Rober - ein Gastgeber, der keine Wünsche unerfüllt lässt, der absolut charmant und über die Maßen liebenswert ist. Schon seit Buchung seiner herrlichen Immobilie, hatten wir intensiven Kontakt. Er war immer erreichbar. Es standen eine Flasche Sekt sowie Bier und alkoholfreie Getränke im Kühlschrank. Für unseren Enkelsohn und auch unseren Hund hatte er eine Kleinigkeit bereitgestellt. Wir geben der Villa und dem Gastgeber 10 von 5 Sternen. Sylvia, Marko, Julien und unser Hund Kathrin.

Séjour parfait!Maison très bien équipée, grande, propreté excellente, situation au calme à une dizaine de minutes en voiture des plages. Différents espaces bien aménagés qui permettent à chacun de se sentir bien (terrasse, salon, piscine, jardin...).Merci à Rober pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité pendant le séjour et les petites attentions :)C'est de super vacances en famille!

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Alles war sauber, der Empfang von Rober war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Rober vor, während und nach dem Urlaub war 1A! Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und es ist wirklich alles da. Auch an die Kinder wird wunderbar gedacht. Es gibt z.B. einen ganzen Schrank voll mit Brettspielen, Kinderspielzeug wie beispielsweise Bauklötze und einen extra Schrank mit Poolspielsachen. Auch ein Hochstuhl ist vorhanden. Wir können uns über nichts beschweren. Es war von Anfang bis Ende alles super organisiert und wir kommen definitiv wieder! Manolo der Gärtner kommt zwei Mal die Woche und reinigt den Pool und gießt die Blumen. Auch die Piniennadeln entfernt er von den Gehwegen und der Einfahrt. Sehr diskret und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren alle tip top in Ordnung und sehr sauber. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen vielen Dank an Rober. Wir können uns keinen besseren Gastgeber wünschen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten!

Wunderschöne Villa und super sympathischer Vermieter Rober! So hat unser Aufenthalt begonnen. Bei Ankunft führte Rober uns durch das sehr geräumige und sehr saubere Anwesen. Wenn man ihn brauchte, war er innerhalb weniger Minuten zur Stelle. Im Kühlschrank standen Sekt und Getränke für die Erwachsenen und Leckerlies für unsere 3 Hunde sowie Naschereien für unsere Kinder bereit. Eine tolle Aufmerksamkeit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Die Villa ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet.Die Zimmer sind mit Boxspring-Betten ausgestattet und extrem bequem, nichts ist durchgelegen. Für Kinder steht, im auch sehr geräumigen Wohnzimmer, ein Schrank mit vielen verschiedenen Spielsachen, für den Außenbereich gibt es jede Menge Spielzeug im Waschraum neben den Garagen. Für die Kleinen ist also viel Spass vorprogrammiert. Das riesige Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und daher auch für Hunde ein Paradies. Sie haben viel Auslauf rund um die Villa. Der Poolbereich ist sauber und hat keine rutschigen Fliesen, was gerade mit Kindern sehr wichtig ist. Wir könnten hier jetzt noch ewig weiter schreiben, denn wir haben nur sehr viel Positives mit dieser Villa erlebt. Wir glauben, es hilft vielen unschlüssigen Urlaubern, wenn wir schreiben: DIESE UNTERKUNFT WÜRDE VON UNS ALLEN (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder, 3 Hunde) MINDESTENS 10 STERNE IN ALLEN KATEGORIEN VERDIENEN !!! Vielen Dank nochmals an dich Rober, dass du uns einen so tollen Urlaub ermöglicht hast.

Fantastische huis en zeer goed gastheer

Het huis is zeer compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was heerlijk! Onze 4 kinderen hebben hier echt van genoten. De gastheer communiceert zeer helder, correct en fijn. Een zeer warm ontvangst met ook wat lekker snoepjes voor onze kinderen. Kortom een plek om nog een keer terug te komen.

Highly Recommend!

We spent a fabulous three weeks at this villa. Although there are other houses nearby, because it sits on a huge corner plot, we did not feel hemmed in or overlooked. The vast outside space was matched inside. Two of the bedrooms had large walk-in wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers and space for maxi dresses (I usually have to hang them from a door frame!) My only criticism is that although the main bedrooms are air conditioned, the living areas are not. However, having spoken to Rober, the General Manager, this is something they are hoping to rectify. The nearest supermarket is the Masymas, a 10 minute drive away on the road to Calpe, which is good for a 'big' shop but the Udine in the village of Altea La Vella carries most of what you might need. There is also a pharmacy, bank, butcher, newsagent, greengrocer and bakeries We found the villagers to be extremely welcoming and quickly felt like locals. Our favourite place for a drink and to watch the world go by was the Pasteleria Bolleria and we would highly recommend the Meliton for both lunch and dinner. It is possible to walk into Altea La Vella however, although it took us 15 minutes to walk down the hill, it was more like 20 minutes walking back up as it is quite steep in places. On the other hand, this burnt off any calories we had consumed! This villa is an ideal base for exploring the Costa Blanca and we recommend visiting the Algar Waterfalls (Fonts de l'Agar) in nearby Callosa d'en Sarria - but get there at 9.00am otherwise it is too crowded, and for fabulous views of the countryside walk up to the castle in Polop, just over 10km from the villa. In conclusion, the villa is superb, Rober is extremely helpful and we would happily return.

We were delighted with the villa and location was perfect for us. The facilities and pool are great.

This is the first time we have rented a villa in the Altea area which we love. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and very modern. Perfect for families and those wanting a relaxing holiday and pet friendly. Rober was really friendly and helpful. We would love to come back.

Beautiful and quiet environment

This villa is located in a beautiful place just outside the Altea la Vella, with all you need for your stay. On one side the view of the mountains, the other side the view of the sea. You need a car to go to the restaurants and shops, it’s less than 3 minutes. Our teenagers and my wife loved it.

7 estupendos días.

Ubicado en un lugar tranquilo, para disfrutar de la playa y de la montaña. Casa de una sola planta, con amplias habitaciones , gran salón y hermosa terraza con varias zonas para descansar. Amplio jardín y una piscina hermosa. Rober muy atento con nosotros. El único "pero" , que el tiempo pasa muy deprisa en un sitio así.

Super villa

Une semaine Special malgré le COVID, avec des enfants de 4 et 6 ans c’était super on a vraiment apprécier l’espace extérieur et l’équipement. La villa est entièrement équipée et totalement préparée de tout le nécessaire de base. Pas besoin de courir au supermarché pour acheter, du savon, papier wc, sac poubelle, etc... il y a un grand grill à gaz, Nespresso, micro onde... encore merci à Rober pour son accueil. On reviendra.

Traumhaft!

Wir wurden von Rober sehr freundlich empfangen und es waren sogar bereits Eiscreme für die Kinder, gekühlte Getränke und Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank. Ebenfalls konnte man mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Nespresso-Kapseln direkt einen Espresso trinken. Wir waren insgesamt zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool ist aufgrund seiner Größe, Lage und Ausstattung ein absoluter Traum. Er wird sogar 2 mal pro Woche gewartet und gesäubert. Alles in allem eine wirklich sehr schöne Villa genau so wie auf den Fotos. Absolut empfehlenswert.
