SEA VIEW PENTHOUSE over Playa del Ingles Beach, next to the Dunes of Maspalomas in a small and calm residence of only 2 floors, surrounded by gardens with direct access to the Pedestrian Promenade just over the Beach. I can go down to the beach by a nearby elevator to restaurants level, and then a few steps to the sand (5 min walking distance to the sand). Then you can walk along the shore to go to the dunes of Maspalomas and nudist area in 15 min.
Very close walking distance to all amenities, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, discos, buses and taxis. 15 min walking distance to C. C. Jumbo (Gay meeting night spot).
The residential complex is very well maintained (renovated in 2015).

Very near the beach dunes and night life brilliant

The property is very well situated and very nice and clean you can see a lot off effort as been put into it it's very safe and secure with locked gates to the out side street . Swimming pool and nice grounds would deffently stay again if we visit

der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Luis (Hausmeister) ein Schatz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können AIDA nur weiterempfehlen. Auch unserem kleinen Hund Xenia hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Top Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich an sehr guter Lage (Nähe Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants). Sehr saubere Anlage (Umgebung, Pool, Abfallentsorgung) Gutes WLAN. Gute Küchenausstattung. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung grundsätzlich sehr wohlgefühlt. Negative Erfahrung: Lärmemissionen von der Promenade infolge Gejaule von "Partygängern", die sich auf dem Heimweg befanden. Alles in allem ein gutes Wohnungsangebot.

excellent apartment in excellent location

Very nice ,well equipped, apartment conveniently situated for walking out in any direction. Would not hesitate to return here and would recommend to all. The recommended tapas restaurant ,La tapita los Jose's , in San Fernando( about 4euros in taxi ) we found exceptionally good and worth making a little effort to try (it was 80% full on a Monday night mainly with local people !)

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben im Januar/Februar für 6 Wochen diese Wohnung gemietet und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Gutes Geschirr und Gläser sind ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr gute Betten mit einem bezogenen Steppbett und das hat uns sehr gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch das schnelle W-Lan, wie zu Hause. Da wir so zufrieden waren, haben wir die Wohnung in der schönen Anlage für 2019 wieder gebucht . Wir danken dem Eigentümer und Lili, dass wir Gäste in dieser Wohnung sein konnten.

Tutto bene anche se qualcosina da migliorare...

Buona sistemazione a due passi da Playa del ingles, carino confortevole spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort anchebse secondo noi pieno di tropo suppellettili e soprammobili che in un appartamento di mare sono in più e troppi tappeti. Il complesso non è molto grande e devo dire che è molto tranquillo in generale a parte alcune mattine in cui il giardiniere faceva rumori per sistemare il giardino. Note dolenti la connessione internet che ci ha fatto veramente penare anche perché utilizzavano un modem condiviso con un altro appartamento e la connessione era poca e pessima. Altra cosa da migliorare è la piscina del complesso che è vecchiotta e molto bassa sicuramente da ristrutturare. L'ombrellone esterno sulla terrazza non ha l'inclinazione laterale ed era fissato al centro del tavolo e quindi pressoché inutile, infatti non abbiamo potuto sfruttare la terrazza per il pranzo troppo caldo sotto il sole. Altra cosa scomoda é la mancanza di possibilità di aprire il cancellino esterno del complesso o comunque da un tasto dall'interno del cortile è stato veramente scomodo anche perché se dimenticavi le chiavi dovevi tornare in dietro. Altra cosa da rivedere sono i serramenti dell'appartamento obsoleti e poco sicuri La signora Lili è stata gentile e disponibile fino ad un certo punto ma poi se ne sono perse le tracce...avremmo avuto piacere se ci avesse dato più attenzione o lei o chi per essa. Anche quando ce ne siamo andati nessuno si è fatto vivo. Purtroppo non ci hanno consegnato nessuna ricevuta sul restante denaro versato in loco. Io poi avevo fatto presente che avevo prenotato un giorno in più sbagliando e quindi ho dovuto pagare un giorno in più senza usufruire del appartamento, forse mi aspettavo che mi venissero in po incontro comunque...l'esperienza è stata sicuramente positiva in generale anche se qualcosa andrebbe sicuramente rivisto.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben vom 20.2.17-13.3.17 drei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Alles hat problemlos geklappt. Wohnung sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Lage und Aussicht auf das Meer einfach traumhaft!!! Bei unseren nächsten Ferien in Playa del Ingles werden wir bestimmt wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.
