Perfect winter break

We came to Playa del Ingles for some winter warmth, a restful break, plenty of restaurants nearby to chose from, and comfortable and conveniently located accommodation. We got the lot.

Great aparmtent in perfect location

clean apartment, well equipped, modern, quiet with sea view - a real recommendation.Only 5 minutes from the elevator which leads to the sea.Very good and direct communication with landlord. Two supermarkets arount the corner.Great balcony with awning, to use in every season

Excellent Location - Slight Cleaning issue from prior guest was promptly fixed.

The location and styling of the apartment are excellent. A cleaning issue from items left by a prior guest were spotted upon check-in. Nathalie was able to organize a cleaning later that evening to fix the issue and I appreciate her being so proactive in the matter. :)

We were indeed unfortunate that the previous guests, who left the same day as Eric's arrival, did not take out their rubbish for several days and this caused a proliferation of a multitude of fruit flies which were difficult to eliminate immediately and we had to return a second time to get rid of them completely. We are sorry, we really did our best. Thanks for your understanding Eric!

Nice updated apartment in Playa del Ingles

The apartment is located in Playa del Ingles about 5 minutes from the beautiful beach and 10 minutes from the edge of the famous sand dunes. The apartment is modern with updated kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The small living room consists of a hide-a-bed couch with good-enough comfort and a large TV attached to the wall. The terrace has nice long view on the ocean and part of the sand dunes. There's a pool which we did not use during our stay. Pros: - Fairly well equipped kitchen with a modern look - Functional cooking area - Hot shower but needs to be quickly done (lol) - Balcony (unfortunately without privacy) - View of the sea and dunes - Pool - Functional clothes washer - Large TV with good sound quality - Stable and fast WIFI connection - Weekly delivery of affordable bottled water Cons: - The apartment was a little bit small for a month-long stay (obviously a personal preference) - Little storage space: only a narrow cupboard along the wall, not wide enough to accommodate a suitcase - Unpleasant and persistent smell in the bathroom partly mitigated with a deodorant and keeping the outside window opened at all time - Lighting too powerful, too "white" in the bedroom (a dimer similar to the kitchen would have been nice) - Poorly functional light switches in the bedroom - Sporadic problem with toilet refusing to flush because water tank not filling up

Wer das Las Arenas bucht, der weiß meist genau was er will. Ich wollte diesmal eine Südseite (Westseite kann mit der abendlichen Sonneneinstrahlung etwas anstrengend werden), aber trotzdem mit Markise und höher als Planta 5. Mit dem App 610 wusste ich also auf den Meter genau wo ich hinkomme und wurde keinesfalls enttäuscht. Moderne Ausstattung, Kühl- und Gefrierkombination, absolut komplette Küchenausstattung (sogar mit einer kleinen deLonghi Nespresso) usw. Da fehlt es an gar nichts – auch bspw. nicht an Büchern, Spielen Sonnenschirm, Volleyball, Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Nähmaterial, Wäscheklammern usw. Außerdem eine bequeme/geräumige Dusche, Waschmaschine, Fön, was auch immer das Herz begehrt. Im Wohnzimmer noch ein 55 Zoll TV - frage mich nur wozu man den braucht -, aber gut. Natürlich gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage (die ich bei einer Südseite aber auch nicht brauche). Balkonmöbel sind auch gut und die Administratoren dieses App (Nathalie/Eric) kümmern sich schnell und erfolgreich um evtl. Anliegen. Insgesamt sehr gute Kommunikation und alle Details zur Übernahme des App. werden vorher per Mail gut bebildert erklärt. Also perfekt geplante und problemlose Übergabe bei An- und Abreise. Schlüssel codiert im Safe an der Wohnungstür, Zutrittskarte für Pool und Dachterrasse griffbereit, dazu noch ein kleiner Safe im Schrank für Wertsachen (kann man selbst kodieren). Insgesamt - und wie erwartet - ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt; Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Apartment war fantastisch, wir haben uns vom 1. Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war super. Strand, Einkauf, einfach alles in der Nähe.Das Apartment war genauso wie es beschrieben ist, wunderschöner Blick auf Dünen und Meer. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ließ keine Wünsche offen. Modern apartment with spectacular view over ocean

I had a great stay in this apartment. Very modern and new, with such a beautiful view over ocean. All the amenities necessary for a stay, and above and beyond that were available here. It is also just a few minutes walk to the beach. Very central and accessible by bus from the airport, which costs just 3.5 Euros!! So I can nothing, but recommend this place. :-) Nathalia is also very kind and helpful, though I never met her. Regarding the other comment about the noise, I should say that some noise might be coming from the Kasbah area, but you should expect it when living in the party center of the island =)) but I didn't find it disturbing and had some great sleep every night. Las Arena is a nice building and everything that you can imagine can be found nearby.

schönes Appartement

wir waren im Oktober 3 Wochen in dem Apartment. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Apartment war gut eingerichtet und den Bildern sehr nah. Wunderbarer Blick auf Wasser und die Dünen vom Balkon, der Strand 5 Min zu Fuss. Der Pool war sehr gross und gepflegt, allerdings war die Poolumgebung weniger schön, zum Morgenschwimmen perfekt. Am Wochenende wird es sehr laut durch feiernde Einheimische und Touristen. Die Autos wurden voll aufgedreht und hatten Sportauspuffe. Da das Apartment im 6 Stock war ging es, wenn man die Fenster schloss, allerdings bis mindestens 5 Uhr morgens! Toll war eine schattenspendende Markise am Balkon. Alle elektrischen Geräte waren Markengeräte und tiptop. Sogar eine Klimaanlage gibts, die haben wir aber nur 2 Stunden bei Ankunft genutzt, da bei Calima 35 °C herrschten. Sonst reicht das Lüften. Ein weinig genervt hat der schlechte Duschabfluss, 2x war jemand da, der nur halbherzig in das Loch schaute und nichts unternahm. Alles in Allem kann man die Wohnung aber sehr empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Jetzt funktioniert der Duschablauf einwandfrei. Tatsächlich war unser sehr kompetenter Klempner in den Urlaub gefahren und die Person, die ich in seiner Abwesenheit finden konnte, reparierte nicht gut, der Stecker war sehr tief, mehr als 2 m entfernt! Wir sind überrascht, dass Sie sagen, dass Sie am Wochenende so viel Lärm hatten. Dieses Apartment blickt auf eine kleine Sackgasse mit sehr wenig Autoverkehr. Wir haben hier mehrere längere Aufenthalte verbracht und hatten nie Probleme mit Schlafgeräuschen, selbst bei geöffnetem Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer. Außerdem hat das Zimmer kein Fenster nach außen...

Un paraíso

Todo excelente desde el trámite de reserva hasta la entrega de llaves y el servicio de Gilles al buscarme y llevarme al aeropuerto. La ubicación del apartamento excelente, playa a pasos, lugares para comer cerca y en el mismo edificio, todo limpio, en condiciones óptimas. Espero regresar. Gracias.
