In addition, it has a private parking in the basement, with access to the ground floor by elevator. Parking is not included in the price and it is necessary to book in advance because spaces are limited.
The apartment accommodates a group of 6 people and is divided into a double room with a double bed, a double room with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, a full bathroom with walk-in shower (no steps) and two televisions.

The Angel Guimerà metro stop is less than 5 minutes away and the airport bus stops 2 minutes away, next to the Central Market. Everythings 2 rooms apartment on the ground floor was OK but in de midnight was very noisy, people were walking of standing there, talking very loud (screaming), maybe they were drunk. I suggest in het weekend could be worse, especially in the midsummer. But the owner can not do anything. The apartement upstair and on the backside should be better, maybe?
nothing, because you can avoid the noisy on the street outsite, it is a public area, thus.

Muy bien como cada año
Lo mejor el trato de todo el personal. La ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento es ideal para 5 personas. Muy buen precio para la ubicación, la calidad y el trato que ofrecen. Volveremos el año que viene como siempre.
Quizás el baño se puede modernizar algo más (sobre todo la ducha). Y algo más de iluminación en el salón/cocina.

El apartamento al estar ubicado en la planta baja tiene los techos altos y da la sensación de ser muy espacioso. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia: secador, plancha para la ropa, cafetera italiana, menaje, tostador, microondas y hervidor de agua.
Muy cómodo que tenga parking en el mismo edificio.
Muy céntrico.
Todo ha sido perfecto para su precio, quizás podria ser mas fuerte el aire acondicionado.

Perfect located
The ground floor appartement is very noisy. You hear the people on the street, but also people in the hall way and coming in into the appartmentbuilding. Service was very good, we rented bikes via flatfriends, and the parking garage is a nice extra and very convenient.

Un lugar recomendable para una estancia de 3 días.
Las indicaciones para el check-in en ausencia física del personal fueron excelentes.
El trato personal también excelente.
El garaje y montacargas para garaje están muy bien aprovechados y son cómodos.
Ubicación muy buena, puedes ir caminando al centro perfectamente.
Baño: la ducha no recoge bien el agua, se sale y filtra mucha agua. El lavabo es muy bonito, pero el sistema de desagüe no es práctico y provoca cierta suciedad.
Cocina: cubertería escasa para 5 personas. Echo en falta lavavajillas. Las puertas de los muebles de la cocina están ya descolgadas.

Muchas gracias por su valoración. El apartamento reservado es el adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida. Para que en la ducha entre una silla de ruedas,no puede haber ningún tipo de Escalona o barrera que límite la salida de agua.
