Apartment of 50 square, modern and cozy meters with superb location in the center of Valencia and overlooking the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Spacious and bright living room with sofa double bed, flat screen TV and wifi throughout the house. Room for four people and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower. Powerful air conditioning / heating. Terrace with table and chairs for two ideal place to enjoy breakfast outdoors contemplating life in the center of the city people. Second floor with elevator.
very safe area. The apartment is located in emblematic pedestrian street with a varied cuisine and culture. Next to the Barrio del Carmen, the Cathedral, the Plaza de la Virgen and Central Market. Surrounded by major shopping and entertainment venues in the city: Starbucks, Foster Hollywood, the new Hard Rock cafe, shop Valencia CF, cinemas and theaters. We find nearby restaurants with chefs from the likes of Ricard Camarena and Quique Dacosta.
Three supermarkets in the area and just three minutes Central Market in Valencia with all kinds of fresh and typical products of the earth. A real spectacle for the senses.
Next to the floor: several banks with ATMs and parking lots.
Excellent communications: bus stop at the door and metro stop just 200 meters. Bike rentals in the area. Near the Oceanographic and the City of Arts and Sciences.

Fab location in beautiful city!

Such a positive introduction to Valencia by María who welcomed us to her apartment and showed us around! It’s so nice to have even a small outdoor space for people watching and coffee in the morning! So many local things to do within walking distance. Thank you!

Wonderful holiday in superb apartment.

Well equipped and very clean apartment in a superb central location. Maria was very welcoming and helpful with tips and recommendations on transport, places to eat and places of interest to visit. Overall had a memorable and very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Valencia

The apartment was very clean, and well stocked. The owners were wonderful! The location was unbeatable! Easy in, easy out, with elevator! A little noisy at night, but with such an incredible location, it's to be expected. Highly recommended!

A Perfect Stay in Beautiful Valencia

This apartment is in a perfect location next to Plaza Ayuntamiento (City Hall Plaza). You are steps away from dozens of restaurants, tapas bars and all the major attractions in the Old City. The architecture surrounding this plaza is gorgeous. The north train station and Metro are an easy walk away also. Maria and Juanjo were great hosts and very responsive during the entire process. We stayed almost 2 weeks and wish we had more time. We look forward to returning to Valencia someday soon.

Perfect location to enjoy Valencia

The apartment is small but has everything you need and the location is ideal. You can walk to all the historic sights and bus and metro lines are close by. Bedroom is away from the street so was nice and quiet. Maria was very helpful with many restaurant suggestions. We hope to return- our stay wasn’t long enough to see everything in this amazing city!

Amazing place

We spent more than 2weeks in this beautiful apartment. The place is clean and comfortable. The location is in the heart of the historic centre of Valencia. Maria is a great host and communicated very well from start to finish. Maria provided us a list of recommendations for sights, restaurants and shopping. It was very useful.

Close to everything and so clean

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Valencia. It is close to the historic center, within walking distance to sights, shops and restaurants, and is very comfortable. The apartment was clean, spacious for two people, quiet, and has a wonderful little balcony. Our host was so helpful and kind as well! The apartment does have AC, although we didn't need it in the winter.

Great Location, Fantastic Hosts

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect location to explore Valencia. The apartment is only steps from the City Hall Plaza (Plaza Ayuntamiento), it has everything you need and it is very clean. Because it is so central, you can walk to many major attractions, restauarants and supermarkets.Valencia is a beautiful city with very friendly people.Our hosts, Maria and Juanjo, could not have been nicer. They were very communicative during the whole process, well organized and extremely helpful. Maria is very charming and enthusiastically provided all types of helpful info about Valencia. We will definitely return!

Excellent Stay In Valencia

This is a fantastic property right in the heart of Valencia. The owners were super helpful both pre arrival and on check-in (arrived in a downpour!) and went out of their way to assist with any queries - even so far as borrowing a beach chair from one of their friends for us to use. The property is as described on the web and so handy for all of the city centre attractions. That said, make sure you explore the city as there are many super bars and restaurants scattered around. Only a pity we had to come home!

Great get away.

Maria our host, was in easy communication from the start, met us to check in, showed us how to use the washer, etc. The central location was great, next to a main square. She went above and beyond. On glass was cracked, so her husband appeared that day to bring us another 6 glasses. So helpful.

2 weeks in Valencia

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks on our 1st ever visit to Europe/Spain/Valencia. We are from the US and recently retired. It was perfect. The apartment was cozy and clean and in a great location. The owner responded quickly to a couple of questions I had about appliances early on. Everything was fine after that and we did not need to communicate further until checkout. I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Valencia.

Excellent property and host!

This is the best place to stay in Valencia, bar none. We appreciated staying at this charming property. The difference between places run by private individuals versus private equity companies is evident here. The host had many amenities and personal touches you don't see at other places, showing thoughtfulness in the care and comfort they're trying to create for you. When we arrived, Maria showed us around with pride, explaining how the window shutters worked, how to help ourselves to the coffee, where to get extra blankets and towels, how to work the air conditioning system, etc. She also checked in multiple times during the week, asking us how we were enjoying the stay and if we needed anything, and was available for questions or help booking events. The apartment is a secure building, centrally located off a quiet street next to the city hall plaza, and is a walkable 15 minutes from the hottest attractions. It has great light, good use of space, and good flow/sightlines. We could do a quick workout in the morning on the provided yoga mat and sprawl out on the couch in the evenings to recuperate from our big days out. The balcony was also a plus and allowed for outdoor eating while enjoying the area's vibrancy. If you are looking for a cozy and convenient place that feels like staying in somebody's home instead of a corporate housing unit where costs are kept low for profits, then this is your place.

A great city centre find

This is a lovely apartment, really well situated in the city centre and within easy reach of many of the nicest areas of Valencia. The apartment is compact and very well equipped with everything you might need. Our host Maria was incredibly helpful and the check in process was seamless. Finally, it felt very secure as well. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Perfekte Lage

Perfekte Lage, perfekte Stadtwohnung, ausgesprochen sympathische Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei einem weiteren Besuch in Valencia wieder dort wohnen wollen.
