Excellent stay! The hosts were very hospitable, greeted us on arrival and showed us around, provided us with wine and cheese and breakfast supplies. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing outlook from the large balcony. We didn’t have many reasons to contact the hosts but when we did have a question they were very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay again if we have the opportunity to return to this beautiful city

Comfortable ,fully equipped apartment . Excellent and always available hosts .Great terrace with beautiful view. Good location with walking distance to the old city . Would definitely recommend it and when we come back to Valencia , will again stay there.

9th floor penthouse style apartment with a lift Panaromic view over Valencia and 5 minutes walk to Turia metro station Everything you could ever want in an apartment and location Few minutes walk to the entrance to the old town Nice to meet the owners also We will be happy to return to this apartment Valencia was very impressive and we used the bus tour 2 days for €19 to get our bearings Summer in the city with brilliant beaches

Excellent experience

Perfect experience from start to finish! Anibal and Javier met us to check us in and answer any questions. They provided EVERYTHING we needed for our 1 month stay as far as household supplies. They were even considerate enough to have eggs, meats, and cheese for breakfast in the refrigerator, waiting for us! The apartment was just as the photos depict and quite comfortable...very homey in the best sense of the word! The views from the terrace were spectacular! The location couldn't have been better for us!! Very close to El Carmen, La Petxina, and the Turia. Anibal and Javier are wonderful hosts and just great people! Highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts and perfect location!

The apartment is in the most perfect location, just outside the old city gates, so everything is easy—shopping, transportation, and sightseeing. The front of the building is on a main thoroughfare, but the apartment is on the back side, quiet and peaceful, with a terrace overlooking the old city gates and the botanical garden. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and exceptionally helpful.

Great place to stay in the heart of Valencia

All you could need or want

This apartment is only a short walk to the old town so very well situated. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want in a rental. It has a lovely outlook from the balcony and is very spacious. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely fabulous!

We had a slight delay in our flight and arrived at 23:00 hours in the evening, but that was no problem, The owner was awaiting us at the door and showed us around in the appartment. He even filled the fridge with fruits, wine and bread, butter, cheese and cured ham for our breakfast. The appartment is located on the 9th. floor (elevator available) and has a beautifull view over the old city center which is at walking distance. The appartment is very well equiped with everything you have in your own home. We had a absolute great time in the appartment and it is a definitve tip for future bookers. If we go back to Valencia some day, we will certainly book this lovely appartment again. Thank you Hanibal and wife for having us.

Die Wohnung und die Lage waren perfekt. Unsere Gastgeber waren wundervoll. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Uns erwartete sogar ein gefüllter Kühlschrank. Die Betten sind super. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Endroit idéal pour visiter Valence

5 minutes à pied de la vielle ville ou du métro cet appartement est idéalement situé. Nos hôtes ont été fantastiques à l'accueil, avec un cadeau de bienvenue, et tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est spacieux et comprend toutes les commodités et fournitures souhaitées. Ne vous laissez pas influencer négativement par les photos du sites qui peuvent laisser penser à un endroit vieillot, il n'en est rien. Peut-être que la cuisine est un peu petite pour deux cuisiniers. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement

Ruim app. en van alle gemakken voorzien

Hartelijke ontvangst door vriendelijke eigenaars, gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum, metrostation Turia en supermarkt. Rustige buurt. Communicatie met eigenaars verliep prima via whatsapp, we kregen verschillende tips over b.v. restaurants. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in dit ruime appartement.

Our Best Rental Experience Yet!

My wife and I booked this apartment for the month of March so we could experience Fallas and explore Valencia. We could not have picked a better place. Wonderful hosts, perfect location, and a well-stocked apartment. Communication with Anibal prior to arrival was wonderful. He answered all of our questions promptly. His wife, Mercedes, met us upon arrival to walk us through the apartment. We have never had such a well-stocked rental. All the dishes and cooking equipment one could need. They even provided food in the fridge for breakfast! The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and the balcony view unbeatable. One of our favorite experiences of the trip was being able to watch the Fallas fireworks displays from the serenity of balcony. The location is perfect, just a seven minute walk to the Old City, groceries, or the metro. We were close enough to join the Fallas festivities with just a short walk, but far enough away that we could escape the crowds and noise when we wanted to. We really loved this apartment and could not have asked for better hosts. Truly the best rental experience we have had to date.

Sejour merveilleux.

Que dire? Tout etait parfait, l'appartement tres bien situe avec une vue imprenable. L'espace et les prestations de celui-ci, rien ne manquait, meme le petit clin d'oeil de Mercedes et Anibal les proprietaires, des personnes charmantes. Enfin un accueil tres chalereux, nous esperons y revenir.

L'appartamento è straordinario sotto ogni punto di vista...ideale per famiglie numerose dotato di ogni confort. Incredible Apartment

Beautiful Apartment

This was our third stay in this wonderful apartment, it’s a home from home. The hosts are very helpful and kind, even leaving us lots of breakfast items to get started. The location is perfect for exploring the city and has lots of cafes, bars and supermarkets within a 5 min walk. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and well equipped. We’ll be back again!
