Best memories in Nice

It was a wonderful stay in Nice. It is in a very convenient location, adjacent to Place Massena and within walking distance to the old town and the sea. Also, the apartment was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable with all the functions. When you enter the apartment, you will be overwhelmed by its spaciousness and luxury. I especially like the spacious living room. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from there will make you feel like a millionaire. Thanks to the kind response of the manager Valerie and the friendly response of Stephane, I was able to stay with peace of mind. We will definitely come back here someday. It was a great stay.

Kitchen needed updating e.g. fridge chiller cabinet was full of water as fridge was frosted up and a number of pots and pans etc had not been cleaned (we now understand that vendors will be updating kitchen in the off season?). Shower was prone to drain blockage and overflowing. Overall we did enjoy the apartment and it has great views/location but given the premium rental charge we would have expected a more upmarket environment. The property would benefit from a deep clean, there was a significant cleaning charge (also paid by previous occupants) it was a bit disapointing that this was not reflected in the overall presentation of the property.

This is a wonderful property. Really enjoyed all the French doors that provided beautiful views of the ocean and area. It was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly met our needs and expectations! We love ‘deck time’ and the balcony was the perfect place to hear music from the park, people watch and see the Med. easy access to Massena area, fresh market and the Promenade with its beaches and restaurants/lounges. Will return!

This was our third year in a row staying in this apartment in Nice during Carnivale. We love everything about it and have had some of our best experiences staying here. The apartment itself is lovely, has everything you need, the location is perfect and the views are breathtaking. Thank you!

Beautiful View, Wonderful Location

We very much enjoyed our 9 day stay at this apartment. The view is lovely (even better than the photos) and the apartment is in a great location - just minutes to the Promenade & beach - and to Place Masséna. A short walk and you are in old city. There are lots of restaurants nearby (including a couple of beach restaurants - open even in January!), along with a couple of grocery stores & boulangeries. The place is surrounded by the highest of high end stores. The apartment itself was spacious, the bed was very comfortable (important when traveling!) and the kitchen was well-equipped. We really appreciated the petite elevator as the apt. is on the fourth (5th) floor. We can confirm that at the shower pan drained slowly, which made it necessary to shower in short bursts to avoid flooding the place. Nevertheless, we very much enjoyed our stay and we'd be happy to rent here again on our next visit to Nice.

Beautiful apartment, but needs some TLC

The apartment is in an ideal location, very spacious with wrap-around balcony. Needs to be updated in terms of furniture--beanbags in living room?! Could use a good deep clean and the shower does not drain. Property manager is aware. Water must be turned off every 15 seconds to avoid flood.

Wonderful apartment

Apartment was wonderful. The views were spectacular and its location was convenient to the beach and local cafes and shops, with the old town a short walk away. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Bedroom was quiet for sleeping in the evening. Stephan was super, very communicative and friendly and provided some great restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment, noise issues

Lovely apartment with fantastic views and has everything you could need. It's a great area. Good communication from the owner and Stephan. Stayed here some years ago and loved it hence our wish to return. However, this time our stay was blighted by the extreme noise. We don't have a problem with the usual traffic/hustle and bustle noise, after all it's a city centre. The problem was the noisy roadworks outside the apartment plus the hotel next door has super loud music on the rooftop terrace on many nights so impossible to relax or sleep. It's a shame as it did put a damper on our stay.

Spacious Apartment In A Great Location

The property was large, clean, and in a great location. Walking distance to the old town, the beach and many pedestrian streets with restaurants and shopping. The appliances and amenities were all first rate (probably renovated recently). The automated blackout shutters were a nice touch for those of us who wake up with the light.

Amazing

This place was everything! It is in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The place was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. But most importantly, the view was INCREDIBLE! The pictures does it no justice. I’d book here every time I visit Nice.

A nice holiday

We liked the apartment but it was a surprise that there was going a big construction zone on. We had much dust and dirt in the balcony every day and noise too. Elevator is too small for two people if you have bags with you and there are also about ten steps to elevator.During our holiday , two weeks, elevator was not working in two days and 122 steps are too much when you have difficulties with walking. I think it is good to know when you book this apartment.

Wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect. The property manager was very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. The apartment was spacious and clean and had a wonderful view. Lots of great restaurants nearby and many interesting things within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here next time!

Formidable

Beautiful, ideally located, spacious, sparsely appointed place with panoramic view of the shoreline, big kitchen, and a very comfortable queen-sized bed in a very quiet building several floors above the Louis Vuitton store. Stephan, the very personable property manager, accommodated our early check-in request and helped us with our baggage (thanks again, Stephan!); he also responded quickly to a question we had during our stay. Considering its proximity to the Promenade des Anglais, the place is pretty quiet. There was just some amplified sound from the park on some days and construction noise from around the street corner weekdays. The leather sofa looks good but is quite uncomfortable to sit up in, but the table and chairs were perfectly adequate. The large shower stall could use a few concessions to safety and convenience. We really appreciated the CDs and DVD player.

Can't Beat The View

Once again, as in 2023, we stayed in this lovely apartment for the annual Parades since there is outside viewing access from the salon, bedroom and kitchen. It is also very close to all amenities so it's a perfect location for a warm, sunny, seaside getaway from Paris. The agent was very pleasant and helpful as were neighbors who we met during our stay. We will definitely return.

Excellent Property

We are a couple in our 60,s from Canada who stayed at your property for 10 days in November Excellent location Close to the Sea Old Town Many Restaurants The views from the balcony were amazing The unit was well stocked The only 2 things We were disappointed in was the bed being very low and the couch in the living room was not very Comfortable We would Recommend Renting this Unit !
