This property is in a fantastic location. There are three air conditioners, which keeps it lovely and cool as well as proper awnings and electric shades. The little porch is great to sit and take the view and relax.The tv has french channels - Netflix and stuff like that didn’t really work, but we didn’t mind as we didn’t watch TV. The aircons did make a little bit of noise at night. We will happily return - Kitchen very well equipped and location is very quiet at night which is wonderful. There are lifts in the property which also helps with luggage. This apartment is on the second floor Castel Beach across the road is a real bonus for early swims and meals.

We would like to sincerely thank Guilaine and Jacques for their warm hospitality.They made sure everything was in place so we could truly enjoy a carefree and relaxing holiday.The apartment fully matches the description – it’s spotless, well-equipped with everything you need for daily life, and extremely comfortable.The location is fantastic: perfectly situated between the port and the market, with the charming old town just around the corner and the beach right across the street.We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Great apartment in Nice

Guillane’s apartment is perfect for a stay in Nice. My wife and I were there for 8 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The location is perfect, with a nice view of the bay. It’s very close to the Promenade des Anglais, Cours Saleya market, everything in the Old Town, Piazza Garibaldi, and the Port. There are tram stops within 5-10 minute walk, so it was easy to reach anywhere in Nice.The apartment itself is very livable, nicely furnished, and fully equipped. The quality of the furnishings is an apartment that’s a home, rather than a typical rental. The bed is comfortable.We enjoyed using the nice kitchen, which had everything needed to prepare wonderful meals from the local market and shops.We spent quite a bit of time on the full-sized balcony, which is covered and has a sun- shade. The covering and sun shade allowe the balcony to be used in different weather conditions. It’s a great place for an aperitivo or a meal.

Un emplacement idéal

Idéalement situé au pied de la colline du château (juste à coté de l'ascenseur) l'appartement de Guilaine offre, depuis sa terrasse, une vue magnifique sur toute la baie des anges. Il suffit de descendre la courte rue des ponchettes pour se trouver sur le cours Saleya et son marché et entrer dans le vieux Nice. De l'autre coté, en quelques minutes on atteint le port. L'appartement, bien équipé, est très agréable à vivre. La chambre, donnant sur l'arrière, est totalement calme. Contact facile avec Guilaine.

Excellent place

Magnificent location is an understatement. You couldn’t be better situated than here. Walkable to almost anywhere. The place is clean and well furnished and has all modern conveniences. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The host is more than accommodating too. Highly recommended.

Very neat and clean apartment. Since we could only have carry-ons with us, we appreciated the washer and dryer! Fantastic view and location...we would love to come again!

The view

Excellent location with stunning view. The appartment was well equiped and very comfortable. Balcony was great but occasionally traffic noise. Enjoyed the bussle from the balcony an dgreat for people watching.

Great Place, Great Location

We travel to Nice a few times a year. This was the first time we have stayed in this neighborhood and at this apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. I loved the bed in the primary bedroom. The views of the entire bay were spectacular. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location, beautiful view

We loved this apartment for its proximity to old town & the cours Saleya, right next to the elevator/stairs to the chateau, a stones throw to plage Castel, and a lovely balcony with beautiful sea views. Owners were responsive and kind in our communications and we felt very welcomed. We hope to be back!

Amazing summer vacation

This is a wonderful apartment with an amazing location overlooking the promenade. We were worried that it might get loud from the traffic but absolutely not. It’s such a quiet place inside. We were there during very hot weather and air conditioning worked very well to keep apartment cool. We would love return to this beautiful place.

What a view!

We stayed in this property July 2023. It was clean and stocked with everything needed. Communication was excellent with the owner. Check in and Check out process was simple. The location is absolutely perfect, right at the end of Old Nice where all the action is, but quiet as the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment. The view is outstanding, an absolute perfect location.

Best place in Nice

This was my 4th summer trip to Nice and was lucky Guilaine's place was available. The location is perfect, situated right by the water and a very short walk into Old Town. The view out the balcony is stunning. Her place is very clean and beautifully decorated and designed with appliances that blend into the kitchen. We were welcomed kindly by the property manager with a bouquet of roses on the coffee table and cold beverages in the refrigerator. The building is very clean with floors from the entry way getting mopped and cleaned daily. My elderly parents loved the ease of getting around, the elevator, and the lightweight shopping cart they used to buy fresh produce and bread everyday. The building is very quiet, you'll sleep soundly every night. Google translate goes a long way for helping out with English to French translation. We would definitely stay here again on the next visit to Nice.

Beautiful view, lovely flat, excellent location, super-friendly host

The apartment is in an amazing location, 2 minutes from the beach and very close to many shops & restaurants in the old town. The balcony is amazing with an incredible view. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and includes everything you need. The hose was very friendly and responsive and accomodating to our needs and requests. We had an amazing stay and would recommend.

Great stay!

We were lucky to be able to stay at this wonderful apartment for 16 nights. It is centrally located with a gorgeous view. The apartment was squeaky clean and very well stocked with anything you might need. We appreciated the flowers and wine waiting for us when we arrived. The host and Maria were very helpful and patient! Hope to return!

Great condo and location

Very nice property with view of the ocean from the balcony. The location was excellent right in old Nice and a few steps to la Promenade des Anglais. The condo was well stocked. The owner and Maria were quite helpful. I highly recommend this condo.

Ideal apartment and location

Close to and overlooking the water, it is also very close to the open-air food market which is surrounded by a great number of varied restaurants. The charming, narrow streets of old-town Nice are also close by. The apartment is attractively furnished, the kitchen well equipped, including a nespresso machine with pods provided. The patio, overlooking the bay is ideal for eating, drinking, or just gazing. Its awning shades from the afternoon sun. The owner, while not herself in Nice during our stay, dealt promptly and effectively with an internet issue. She writes fluent English. We certainly hope to come back.
