CASA GERANIO - Two-room apartment with parking space

Casa Geranio consists of a small living room, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Large outdoor area furnished and equipped with shower to remove the sand when returning from the sea. The house is equipped with free wifi, washing machine, kettle, microwave, air conditioner and barbecue. Free indoor parking for small or medium-sized cars.
We supply bed linen and towels; on request high chair and cot free for 1 child under 3 years

Within 100 meters you will find everything you need for your daily shopping: bakery, minimarket, fruit and vegetables and tobaccos. With just over 5 minutes walk you reach the promenade (Piazza Valdesi) where you will find bars, ice cream parlors, delicatessens, as well as the pharmacy, the post office, 2 banks and the public transport stop. At 800 meters Carrefour and Despar hypermarkets, 1.5 km large Conca D'oro shopping center.

The promenade extends from Piazza Waldesi (10 minutes from the house) to Piazza Mondello village; the 2 squares in the summer are connected by a shuttle service, while on foot they are 15/20 minutes away. The beach is divided into several areas equipped with a daily ticket; a stretch of beach with cabins is reserved for seasonal passes (15 June-15 September), while the entrance to the shoreline is everywhere free. In the Piazza Valdesi area you will find the public transport stop, the pharmacy, the post office, the Sellerio bookshop, 2 banks (unicredit and new bank); numerous ice cream shops, pastry shops and delicatessens. On the waterfront you can admire the Charleston factory, an evocative liberty building built above the sea; a few steps from this little wonder you will find 2 playgrounds for the little ones, and a mini golf. Piazza Mondello with its fascinating and characteristic panorama offers you pizzerias and restaurants to taste typical specialties and fresh fish.
