Nos complace invitarlo a que se hospede en nuestra habitación de estilo "hotel boutique" totalmente renovada y totalmente independiente con entrada privada y baño de mármol natural, con una potente ducha de efecto lluvia.

Ubicado en una zona icónica y tranquila de Bath, pero a solo 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico de la ciudad y la estación de trenes de Bath Spa. Dentro de 3 minutos a pie, se encontrará en la calle Bear Flat con todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar, como un encantador pub, supermercado, farmacia, tienda de pescado y papas fritas, restaurante indio, cafetería y cafetería, sin mencionar el infame menú del restaurante Gordon Jones!

Disfrute de té y café de cortesía, leche fresca, refrescos, agua purificada, cervezas y chocolates, luego descanse en una cama de ensueño con el nuevo colchón Eve. Acurrucarse con TV / Netflix / BBC iPlayer y un fuego rugiente!

Great Place to Stay in Bath

Excellent location. Easy bus ride up and down to downtown. The apartment was quiet and very comfortable. Easy check in and out. The hosts were very helpful.

Well located, off street parking, comfortable. A very high standard of rental property. Walk into town centre is fairly quick via a steep road/ path; bus route is also good as an alternative. Would be happy to return.

Great property

The house was easy to find and parking was available. Communication from our host was timely and detailed. Comfy living room and beds. Loved the streaming TV as we needed some down time. Close to grocery store, restaurant and the bus to town. We enjoyed our stay and the lovely extra goodies, especially the chocolate!! It was nice to eat in instead of at a restaurant.

This is an excellent apartment with a very responsive owner. The apartment is exactly as described with a well-equipped modern kitchen. The owner even arranged for us to pick up toiletries that we left behind in the apartment. Truly deserves a 5-star review.

Bath self catering accomodation

We had a fabulous few days in this self catering accomodation. Lots of little extras were provided, such as phone charger beside bed, chocolate, beer & soft drinks in fridge, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner & shower wash. None of these were expected. Bed was comfy & pillows great. Location was fabulous, it was lovely and quiet, but facilities including pub, supermarket & bus stop into Bath a very short walk to the corner of the street. It was very reasonably priced for what it offered.

Very spacious, clean and very good quality appliances etc. Nice to have the urban views. Although all uphill back we chose to walk to the city centre. Only about 20 minutes uphill.

Husband and wife break in Bath

We knew from the moment we entered the property that we had found the right place for our break away. The property was very clean and everything you needed was included, including chocolates and beer in the fridge. There was a lovely message in the bedroom greeting us. Great location being only short walk downhill to Bath itself with all the shops bars and restaurants you would need. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Bath. Thank you Rob and Zoe

Ideal Flat in Bath

Flat was bright, spacious and airy. Very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. Super location. City centre walkable but we used the very frequent buses from the bus stop 2 minutes walk from the flat. Buses are easy to use with contactless cards. Just tap in and out. Bath is a beautiful city well suited for pedestrians. The flat has off-street parking but there was plenty of parking available on the street. Super base for exploring surrounding countryside with National Trust and English Heritage properties.

A wonderful unit in a large house in a great neighborhood

The ground floor unit of this house looks out on the small street of an upscale neighborhood, well removed soundwise from the village of Bear Flat which is just above. There is easy access to a small grocery store and the Bath bus line which takes only 7 minutes to get you to the town center. It is also an easy walk, all downhill, to the city center. We were able to easily cook meals and had access to cooking oil, salt and pepper which was helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure. Access to Netflix was a very nice extra but one doesnt have access to regular TV which didn’t bother us. The sound of children jumping and running overhead could be a bother for some but they go to bed fairly early and didn’t get up too early. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Bath because it is well removed from the tourists and is a very pleasant place to be.

Trouble in Bath

The owner of this property contacted us the day before we were scheduled to arrive saying it was not available due to noisy work being done nearby. He offered an alternate flat which was not even close to being as nice as this one that I had reserved 6 months earlier as I planned out England trip. When I looked at reviews of the alternate flat I noticed that several people mentioned having stated there under the same circumstances. I deduced that this was some sort of scam or ploy to attract renters to a less attractive option so insisted on cancellation and am hoping to see a refund on my next credit card statement. The renter did say that suddenly he was able to postpone the loud construction but we were already committed to another stay at the gorgeous Grovesnors Villa. Renter beware!!!

Brilliant Stay!!

Lovely clean property to stay in. The bed was amazingly comfy, the best yet from all the places over the years I have stayed. Heating if needed, warm towel rail! The technology is very up to date..... Netflix, Amazon Prime and a Dot by bed with all the phone charger types you may need. Cozy! Pillows were very comfy- one hard one soft and a fluffy blanket! Bathroom clean, tidy. There’s a co-op just round corner and a lovely place for breakfast about 3 minutes walk..... 10 minutes walk down hill to town, rather steep on way back, but burns off all the calories from any foods you may eat in day - i.e Christmas Markets! I would definitely recommend Zoe and Robs place to anyone that wants to get away - with all the modern bits to hand that some places may lack. This place has thought of everything ! Well done x

Perfect self contained accommodation

The photos and write up don't do this property justice and this was evident from the moment we opened the door to see a personalized greeting along with goodies in the fridge. The high standard of furnishings and little touches made us realise that we had found a winner.

Lovely modern room for the weekend

The room was modern and clean, and suited our needs for the weekend. 15 min downhill walk into the centre of bath. 10 min uphill walk to Alexandra park/view point. Nice local shops and local pub. The room had everything needed for our weekend and a bonus of milk, tea, coffee, beers and chocolate. We were also able to use the drive for parking. Thank you for having us, would highly recommend!
