Great flat in a great location!

Beautiful flat. Open layout, great light, excellent communication with the managers. Perfect location for Lisbon! Nearby so many great restaurants & cafes. Only cons: some mold in the grout in the shower (easy for them to clean) & the area rug under the sofa is a little dirty (easily replaceable).

Location! Location! Location!

The location is awesome and the view from the balcony of the harbor was incredible. If you want to be close to everything Lisbon has to offer this is it!! Terrific places to eat and shop close by, as well as all the famous sites.

Great location

Fantastic stay with a wonderful little balcony to capture the sea views. Very convenient to various sights in Lisbon. Easy to get to from the metro. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Very responsive in their communication. It is a must stay in Lisbon.

Great location

Excellent proximity to the main square, sites, trams and restaurants and shops. The noise dies down quickly in the evening. They did send a manual and video on how to operate door locks and appliances—unfortunately I found that it was not to the unit I rented. Everything worked out. Nice longer stay alternative to a hotel

In general the property was very good. There was a few problems, operating the apartment lock . Had to contact a member of staff who gave us a new code. The toilet flush didn’t operate. We contacted yourselves and it was repaired within 24hrs. There was no tea spoons which were delivered after 24hrs

Great location in the Baixa

We enjoyed our stay in this unit during our 4 day stay in Lisbon. The Host responded quickly to all our questions. Great location and smooth check in. Good walking distance to many sites and restaurants. It was located on a busy street but it was completely sound proof with the windows shut. We would definitely stay in the unit again.

Charming apartment with everything you need. Surprisingly quite given it’s fantastic location. I would recommend staying in this part of Lisbon. So close to Metro.

Lisbon stay

The property was in a perfect location, right next to the tram/trolley stop, it was beautifully upgraded, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The furnishings were lovely, the TV worked and a bonus was it had a washing machine which was very nice. I would highly recommend this lovely property.

Great location, comfortable and updated apartment for 2 people

Apartment is in a great location, close to action yet quiet. It is updated and has excellent appliances, airconditioning. Most of the apartment was clean.. called the manager about a couple cleanliness issues, and they fixed them promptly. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location, clean and easy access. Happy there was an elevator. Could have used a tutorial on use of coffee maker and stove but that just me (technically-challenged)

Beautiful apartment

Nicely laid out with kitchen and eating area. Nice sitting area with tv. Bed really comfy. Nice rainwater shower (wanted to take this home with me!). Location is great though very busy. But the windows are pretty soundproof. Highly recommend

Nice apartment in good location

We enjoyed our stay here in Lisbon. Compact apartment with everything we needed for comfort. Close to restaurants, stores, and the waterfront. The front windows are on a busy street which provided noise and entertainment. The noise never went on too late so it didn't disturb us. I would stay here again,

Just what we were looking for

Everything is exactly as described, you are in the absolute most convenient part of town for public transportation & exploring. The hosts responded immediately with any questions we had. The sofa bed is so surprisingly comfortable! Most of all we just loved the clean beautiful quiet apartment right in the middle of the city. Thank you!

Great location

It would be great if Joivy could work with their cleaning team to prioritize which apartments to clean first based on customers who request an early check-in. This is especially significant for travelers that are traveling for over 10hours. It would go a long way to showing consideration and sensitivity to the travelers.

Lisbon stay

Well we had a problem getting into the place to begin with. Secondly we had no TV the entire time we stayed there. We also had to buy 2 adapter plugs as US and Europe have different plugs. We should have been told about this prior to arriving. Bathroom had a bad odor to it. They sent out 2 technicians to fix the issue but could not fix it. We were told that we should be compensated some money for the no TV. We were only left with 1 Bath towel a piece. No paper towels or salt or pepper. We called and the phone was seldom answered. Never got a call from the host to ask if we were doing well with things. Overall not worth the higher price we paid for this apartment. I give it a 4 out 10. Good location or it would be a 2.

The location and unit were nice but the Air Conditioner made a loud ticking noise every few minutes, making it difficult to sleep. I would have addressed it this morning if we had been staying multiple nights. The floors not very clean (which was obvious after wore socks all day but then walked around the unit in bare feet and then entered the shower). There was a spot for a TV and a TV remote, but no TV. But overall, the big concern was the very interrupted sleep due to the mechanical noise with the AC.

Excellent property

You cannot ask for a better location. This apartment is in the heart of it all. It is a 3 minute walk from the building door to the Parca do Comércio and the Rua Augusta Arch. And a 7 minute walk to the Santo Ajusto lift. The apartment is clean, modern, spacious and beautiful. Appliances and amenities are perfect. And the view is fantastic. Despite being over a busy street, the windows are soundproof. This has been our favorite apartment to date and we have stayed at many (5 alone on this trip). This is just in a perfect location close to all the action, but quiet enough to get away from it. Only complaint is that this property is managed by a company whose system does not play well with VRBO. As a result we did not receive any information from the host until I called VRBO the day we were checking in. From there the communication switched to email and the host was very responsive. Just stay on top of your messages and if you don’t see any contact support right away.

Review of stay

I will start with the positives- the apartment itself is nice and the location is perfect. You have a nice view and access to everything you need. The property doesn’t have free parking but if you have a car you can easily find paid parking around. The isolation of the apartment is great- even though the street outside is busy, you are well protected by the noise. The building is safe and quiet so you can rest well. When it comes to the rest, when my partner and I arrived (3 in the morning) the apartment wasn’t clean after the previous occupant. There were no clean sheets or towels so we couldn’t do anything but sit on the sofa because everything was still dirty. We had to wait until the morning for cleaning to come, while an employee tried to tell us over the phone that the apartment can be used (even prior to cleaning). The staff is relatively quick to reply, although they aren’t available 24/7 as listed in the property description. It’s fine if that’s not the case, but make it clear in your communication. The actual apartment we had wasn’t clearly listed and the wrong building floor was mentioned (we arrived at 3 in the morning so we had to figure this out by ourselves and no one relied until hours after). Overall, our stay wasn’t pleasant because I had to have discussions every day about either the cleaning or some incorrect charges to my credit card by the company.

Nous avons été un peu déçus. Le Deluxe est un peu exagéré puisque les équipements sont au minimum. Par exemple pas d'éponge dans la cuisine pour faire la vaisselle ou nettoyer table, seulement 2 rouleaux de papier toilette de mauvaise qualité pour un séjour de 4 nuits et le balcon minuscule n'est pas une terrasse.Le lien pour ouvrir la porte ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement, on nous a aidé par téléphone.L'appartement est très bien situé, bien isolé, propre et confortable.
