Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful experience. The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. The interior was tastefully decorated and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. The only downside was the location of the property. While we felt very safe in the area, the roads leading up to the property were quite steep and made it a bit difficult to walk back to the property after a long day of exploring the area. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience we had at the property. The property manager Annie was also very helpful and responsive to our needs during our stay. We appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Costa Adeje. The property was fantastic!!!

Schöne Zeit auf Teneriffa

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Haus sehr gut gefallen. Das war ganz gut: - Wunderschöner Meeresblick; - Räumlichkeiten: Bodenfenster, sehr hell und luftig; - gutes Bett; - Sauberkeit; - Check-in, Check-out; - Fernseher mit Netflix und Co. - tolle, sehr ruhige Lage und nicht weit vom Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; - Sportgeräte im Untergeschoss; Das könnte besser sein: - Wasserdruck beim Duschen sehr schwach; - Nur lauwarmes Wasser; - 2 Sportgeräte (Crosstrainer und Fahrrad) konnte man nicht einstellen. Also waren funktionsfähig aber nur eingeschränkt. - Alarmsystem im Haus: ziemlich nervig. Wir waren plötzlich aus dem nichts von jemandem durch Gegensprechanlage auf spanisch angesprochen. Mussten erstmal einordnen wer das war und was der Grund war; - im ganzen Haus nur kaltes weisses Licht, was abends nach unserem Geschmack weniger gemütlich wirkt.

Fantastic Villa for family stays, The location high up the hill gives it a beautiful unobstructed view of the Ocean. Great terrace and pool. Modern inside. Great service from Sun Properties with check in / out, questions, recommendations, etc.. Can’t recommend enough.

Simply Perfect

This property is amazing! And the property manager, Roberto, was terrific to work with. In advance of our arrival communication was very easy and quick. Roberto met us at the property to show us the home and returned the next day to help us with questions we had. The interior and exterior of the home is spectacular, with all the comforts of a high end property, many places to sit, relax, soak up the sun, read a book and the beds were comfy as well. The kitchen was very well stocked making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home. In addition, a bottle of wine, and a surprise snack were left for our arrival, which we very much appreciated. The location is wonderful - easy to walk to markets, restaurants and even the mall. We had a rental car (highly recommend) which allowed us to tour the island and the national park. it's possible to see the entire island. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the hills with a spectacular view and gorgeous sunsets. Our family really enjoyed the week in this beautiful setting.
