55 sqm three-level house in the historic center of Campofilone (2.5 km from the sea); renovated in 2011 in rustic style: in the basement rustic kitchen (in stone) with induction hobs (no gas), refrigerator, coffee machine (lavazza type capsules)
On the mezzanine floor, a living room with a working fireplace, LCD TV, table, radio-stereo and sofa bed (one and a half square).
On the top floor there is a small hallway and a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, an LCD TV with exposed wooden beams and a bathroom with shower (no bidet). No air conditioning. Private.
