Property owner was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. It was listed as a "new" apartment but was actually an older unit with a few updated features. Great location. Several grocery stores, plenty of restaurants and shopping were just outside the door. There were several street musicians who played all day as well as into the night keeping us awake for quite a few hours. Don't know if this is something that goes on every day and night or it just happened to take place during our stay.

Super location and layout

The location of this apartment was excellent for anyone visiting ancient Athens. We especially enjoyed the balconies overlooking the square for people watching.

Beautiful place in great location

Perfect Location

The apartment was in the perfect location. It was nice to have the third bathroom. It was very well stocked. With all the activity outside you would think it would be noisy but was a very quiet inside the apartment. We enjoyed our time and will be back.

Fantastic location and host!

If you're looking for a apartment in central Athens, stop looking and book this property. I would consider myself typically underwhelmed by past stays at VRBO, etc. Not with this rental and the host couldn't be more responsive, resourceful, etc.

Fabulous Apartment!

This was a fabulous apartment in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to all the top sites…market and restaurants and cafes all very close. Checkin was a breeze and our host communicated all details and recommendations on things to do. Don’t hesitate take to book!! We are picky Americans who are very well travelled!!

Five star getaway in Athens

This property is absolutely wonderful. It is beautifully appointed, every detail thought of, spacious and immaculately clean. We highly recommend this apartment. The location is ideal, there is a lot of activity and fun right outside, but it is quiet and peaceful inside the space. Gorgeous place, we hope to return one day. Vasileios is a wonderful host. He greeted us with such cheer and all the help we could ask for. He is attentive and very kind. We had a lovely stay. Definitely five stars!

Athens get away vacation

We spend a week exploring Athens et the end of October. Our stay at the 2 bdrm apartment with the Ermou street view was the perfect location. It was also laid out very well to enjoy the living area and balconies to take in the street life going on down below. The bedrooms are private and having 3 bathrooms was helpful. The full kitchen made it easy to have breakfast in the mornings and midnight snacks from our trips to the market on the leftovers. We worked with Vasileious during our stay and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Great guy and guide to Athens. Will stay here again on future trips

Fantastic apartment for families in the best location

If I could give more stars to this rating I would. The apartment is better than described, the location is in the heart of Athens but very quiet. There is a grocery store & bakery/coffee shop next door and all the main attractions are in walking distance. Vaseilos is the best host, met us when we arrived, arranged our transports and showed us around the apartment. Very good communication and so helpful. I highly recommend for families (with older children) or adults. A really great find!

Fabulous Flat!

This flat was just as pictured! It worked great for 2 couples…plenty of space. Location is perfect, very walkable to most everything you would want to do in Athens. We enjoyed wine on our balcony overlooking Ermou street and the lovely church…you can also see the Acropolis from the balcony also! Our host Vasileios was a wonderful communicator and so responsive! There is a lively Taverna in the next building with Greek music and dancing…you might hear it at night so if something like that bothers you (it didn’t us) put in your iPods and relax!:) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Apartment & Great Host

This lovely apartment is exactly as pictured! Very comfortable and safe! The A/C works great which is a plus. The host was one of the best. His communication was excellent. He responded to each question within minutes. He made dinner reservations for us at two wonderful restaurants. The location was convenient and close to a bakery and grocery store. It is next to a busy square that can be noisy if you go to bed early. All in all - PERFECT! We loved it!

the PERFECT place to stay in Athens

We were 2 adult couples traveling through Athens for 4 nights in June, and we wished we would have stayed more here!!! Our time there was made so much better because of this home and Vasileios (the Owner/contact). If I could have given him and the location 10 stars, I would have! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen user-friendly, the living room area was cozy and the view was breath-taking! The apartment is LITERALLY in the center of the town, right in the middle of everything YET, remained quiet and peaceful while we slept at night. Vasilieous was so gracious and was at our beck and call our entire trip. He made taxi arrangements for us, dinner reservations, and was extremely quick when responding to our inquiries. We recommend this apartment and Vasilious 100% ! The only problem is I hope it is not rented all the time so we can come back!

Can’t recommend enough

Well this place couldn’t be better. The apartment itself is immaculate and well appointed. It has all of the things you could want. The location is perfect close to the Metro and in the center of a great area full of restaurants, shopping, and night life. There are ruins and sites all around. Vasileios was amazing. I called him several times for a few things. He was always just a call away whether it was to help us figure out the dryer or to arrange an early morning ride to the airport. He was full of suggestions for places to eat and drink. Some of our favorite memories were watching the action in the square from the balcony or listening to all the music and nightlife. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend the place to all. We stayed from 01/06/2023 - 04/06/2023

Visiting my daughter who was studying on Semester At Sea

The whole experience was first class and incredible. Despite the airline not delivering our lost luggage for 2 days, Vasileios made sure to have someone meet the delivery guy so that we could go out and see the sites. The apt. itself was wonderful with great linens and a fantastic view over the square outside. Proximity to a supermarket (downstairs) made staying in and cooking very inviting. The apt. had everything we needed for a 5 day stay with my family I would highly recommend staying here anytime and in fact hope to book another stay at some point in the future. Vasileios is a wonderful host who was constantly on site to help with anything that might come up and was always happy to do so. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you ever have any questions.

Amazing!

The property in a pristine location, close to all the shops ,food locations, and city life. Located in a very clean and safe neighborhood, we could literally see people walking at 3-4am and felt at ease knowing that when we left at 4:00 am for our 7:00 am flight with our children that we were in a safe neighborhood. Our host Vasileios was amazing and always at our disposal when we needed assistance ! He went above and beyond our expectations in making sure our accommodation was comfortable. He recommended an amazing Acropolis view restaurant which not only served great food but had amazing views . The apartment had a lift and which was great considering the stairs and luggage’s . The kitchen and refrigerator was a great bonus for our little ones to store their snacks and food when they got their late night munchies. There is a grocery store right below which allowed us to get everything we need . Overall, I would highly recommend this property for families with children.

Location, location, location

Location is important as much as comfort and cleanliness. Exceeded our expectations. We were traveling with a 5 year old and being centrally located was important to us. We were able to walk everywhere with ease and comeback to the apartment to rest when necessary. The apartment is as stated and well maintained. We will book again next time we are in Athens.

Perfect apartment in the perfect Athens location

The apartment has everything one could need - well equipped kitchen, bedrooms/baths, and easily accessible - plus location to all the neighborhoods we wanted to visit and tour in Athens. The host (Vasileios) was outstanding, making sure to relay restaurant, shopping, and other sight recommendations - and helped us with transport and other coordination assistance as well. Vasileios made the experience much more than renting a home - he was our concierge to an excellent vacation in Athens. Could not recommend the apartment, location, and the host more highly!

Perfection!

Athens Beautiful apartment. Exceptional host. Everything perfect. Two fabulous bedrooms and three full baths. Amazing windows two balconies. Best area of Athens near everything but close the front door and silence! And black out curtains! One of best rentals ever. Would def stay here again.
