The property was good value, close to the beach/coast, with living space on the lower floor. The open stairs down to the living space were tricky for anybody with mobility issues but there was a great table for eating. The only issue we had was that there was a bunk bed that we weren't aware of, however Valter was very willing to change it but the couple allotted that room managed to cope! Valter was an very good host who communicated well.

Lovely spot near the ocean!

We were three senior aged couples travelling to Portugal for the first time. We wanted to spend three days near Porto so selected Valter’s accommodation. The home has 5 bedrooms so can handle ten people. The living area and kitchen are located in the lower level of the home with a beautiful wooden staircase that leads down. There is no banister on the stairs so would not be great for toddlers or anyone with mobility issues. The main floor has three bedrooms plus a bathroom and a half. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and, though there was also an outdoor area to enjoy, the weather while we were there was rainy and cool. Just across the street is the ocean which was spectacular to watch along with a few restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk. The home was cool and damp when we arrived but a message to Valter had him arrive within 30 minutes to set up heaters.

No geral gostámos da casa, existem alguns pontos a necessitar de manutenção. A escada cede quando circulamos e o serviço dos canais da tv não funcionava.

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus in 1a Lage 100m bis ins Meer. Schöner Garten und Terrasse . Schöne Zimmer. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Valter war immer für uns da. Nette Nachbarn mit süßem Hund. Alles Bestens
