This 70m boutique apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchenette, living room, laundry area and two small terraces overlooking the interior of the condominium, offering greater tranquility to guests. It has 40mbs high speed internet and intercom with the reception area of the condominium. And do not worry about finding restaurants, banks, gym, cinema and supermarkets, since the accommodation is a few steps from the Mall la Rambla.
The accommodation is located within a condominium with 24/7 Security, with 12 indoor and outdoor security cameras. It also has a strict control for access to the Condominium (Desk Reception).
The bedrooms have new and quality beds that guarantee absolute comfort to rest, designer lamps and closets with enough hangers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need as a cooker hood, oven, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, waffle maker, Rice cooker, Electric Water Kettle and some basic cooking ingredients
It also has a water purifier (activated carbon) to enjoy unlimited water of great quality and flavor.
The room has a 43-inch TV, streaming TV devices and a smart speaker (Alexa), which will ensure maximum entertainment. It also has access to more than 500 international television channels such as ESPN, FOX, HBO, etc.
