Excellent appartement en duplex sur la première ligne de la marina de Lagos

Excellent appartement en duplex dans la première ligne de la «Marina de Lagos» primée et dans la merveilleuse ville touristique de LAGOS, dans l'ouest de l'Algarve. Vous pourrez profiter de la fantastique piscine du Marina Club Hotel avec un bassin séparé pour enfants, de beaux jardins entourés d'oliviers et de nombreux transats. L'appartement est meublé et propose un hébergement haut de gamme comprenant la climatisation, une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et une cuisine équipée. Depuis le salon, les portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent sur un grand balcon privé recevant le soleil presque toute la journée, donnant sur les yachts de luxe qui accostent dans cette marina. Il y a une table pour les repas en plein air et des chaises longues pour se détendre. Pour accéder à la porte principale de l'appartement, vous devez gravir une échelle de 44 marches. Des restaurants, des bars et des magasins se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement dans les environs du port de plaisance. 10 minutes à pied vous mèneront au centre de la charmante ville de Lagos, chargée d'histoire, de culture et de patrimoine; Les rues pavées sont un plaisir à explorer, joliment rempli de cafés, restaurants et magasins. L'une des nombreuses plages de la station balnéaire de Lagos se trouve à seulement 8 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Son sable doré et doux s'étend à perte de vue! Cet appartement offre le meilleur des deux mondes, la tranquillité de la marina et, à quelques pas de là, la vieille ville animée de Lagos avec ses nombreux bars, boutiques et restaurants. Il y a un supermarché fantastique "Pingo Doce" qui se trouve à l'arrière du complexe.

Great stay and location

The apt was excellent, we loved staying here and it was a close walk into the old town, pool was great and we had a car to explore local area and go to the great beach Praia Da Dona Ana, which was about 5 mins drive away.

Couldn’t have a better location for enjoying all that Lagos had to offer! Walk to beaches and Old Town! Private indoor parking space was a HUGE plus for our rental car!

Spacious, clean and well located

We stayed at Ana’s place for 10 days in July. Allthough the furniture and decor is a bit dated everything works perfectly and all issues were resolved within hours. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean and you have everything you need. The view is incredible and the parking in the garage was a bonus. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Our family had a wonderful holiday! The marina location was fantastic—close to the beach and with convenient access to a pool. The accommodation provided plenty of room and all the facilities we needed. We loved the beautiful Portuguese holiday feel; it made the trip even more special. Communication with our host was excellent, making everything smooth and stress-free. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

Fabulous apartment and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a good size with a fantastic view over the marina. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are linked but can be shut off with a sliding door to make 2 separate rooms. The location is fantastic- you have bars and restaurants at the Marina or you can walk to the old town which takes 10 minutes. We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Lagos. It is clean, bright and well-appointed, but the best thing about it was the lovely terrace and the location. The terrace looks over the marina with a table and chairs and two lounge chairs, great for people watching and the comings and goings of the boats. Shady in the morning but nice afternoon sun. And the apartment is steps from the bars and restaurants at the marina, a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful 5 km long Meia Praia beach.Inside the apartment was very spacious and comfortable - good beds, lots of light and a well-appointed kitchen with what looked like new appliances. The kitchen had everything we needed - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. The underground parking was a bonus, secure and easy to access with an electric door opened by a key fob.The owners local agent showed us around the building when we arrived, so check in was easy, and she promptly answered the few questions we had.Our only very minor complaint, and it’s very minor, is that the decor and bathrooms are a little dated. However, there is newer furniture in the living room than what is shown in the photos.We spent more than three weeks in the apartment and would highly recommend it and Lagos!

Lagos Marina review

This is a well situated condo, within walking distance of everything one needs in Lagos. It is a large space, with a/c and heat in every room, a small but nice gas stove, dishwasher and washer. Master bedroom is quite comfortable. The apartment itself is quite dated and could use a facelift in terms of furnishings and decor. There is no real sunshine on the balcony, at least not in the month of November, although to be fair, that may be different in the summer months. The owner, Luis, has a different set of rules for cancellations than the VRBO website states, which led to some confusion and stress. However, the owner is within his rights to make his own rules, and he did state them but they were overshadowed by the large print of the VRBO cancellation policy. This condo is on the top floor, so there are 44 steps to climb to reach it, but it was good exercise!!

Excellent Location!

The location of this Vrbo was perfect for us as it is within walking distance of many restaurants, the train station, bus station and the hop on-hop off small local train (which we used to get to Ponta da Piedade) . It was easy to travel to other areas such as Sagres and Silves by bus or the big train. The apartment itself was quiet and has a beautiful view of the marina. We loved having a spacious living area, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and use of a washing machine. We also enjoyed use of the Marina Club swimming pool! We also walked to the beach- opposite direction of town, the water was very refreshing and the beach is very clean. At night we appreciated the music at the nearby restaurants as we strolled by. We always felt safe. Communication with the property manager, Carlos, was easy and he was always helpful.
