Welcome to our Beautiful Villa. Villa James is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa in the lovely la estancia development and golf complex. Located just 15 minutes from the airport, and two minutes walk from the beach and shops.

The villa has been fitted out to a very high standard, and is suitable for families, or couples.

The villa has 3 bedrooms,
One master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom.
One double bedroom with double bed.
One bedroom with two sets of bunk beds for kids or teens.

The villa has a private heated swimming pool.

The pool area is equipped with an outdoor pool table, complete with equipment.

The garden furniture is of high quality and includes two 3 seater sofas a table and six chairs and six sun loungers.

The lounge which opens up onto the outdoor seating area, is spacious and decorated to a high standard, with comfortable seating, table and six chairs for dining and a 48" flat screen tv with over 200 channels inc sky sports and movies.

The villa has air conditioning and complimentary high speed wifi.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all mod cons.

The villa has an outdoor laundry area equipped with washing machine and outdoor sink for cleaning.

Excellent Property

A lovely well maintained property within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and beach. The pool and pool table made the holiday even better, would highly recommend.

The villa was perfect it was clean on arrival and had everything we needed for our stay.The outside was private and the pool was cleaned on a regular basis as we had a long stay of 5 weeks.Communication was excellent when I needed to message the property manager.I would definitely stay again at the villa.We know the area well and the villa is in a great location if you like walking or using the public transport we used the taxi service regularly as we came away with my elderly parents.Thank you

We have just had a week at villa james, and can honestly say it ticked all our boxes as a family, location was perfect, 15 minute walk to caleta town, and 15 minute walk to the Atlantic centre, heated swimming pool was fantastic didn't want to get, and also the pool table was great, we feel it would benefit if it had a bbq. A very enjoyable stay 😎

Lovely villa

From point of booking Tatiana and Steve were both attentive and quick to reply. Check in process was very easy to follow. Met with a lovely welcome pack. Kez the manager and his wife were always available and when on one occasion something needed sorting, they were onto it immediately. Nothing would appear a problem for them and a very helpful couple. Location is within easy reach of shops and main centre and beach an D.C. no car is needed. Taxi if needed was a €4 cost from town centre. Plenty of amenities for a family of four and a very modern kitchen. Our only downside and perhaps something that needs to be said in the description is that only the lounge and bedroom one had air con. The other two bedrooms need them as well. Overall a lovely villa and would certainly recommend albeit with a little warning regards the air con!!

This is a fantastic villa in a perfect location and easy stroll into town. Its very well equipped, with everything you need, including a pool table and lovely pool area. Communication has been extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. Would strongly recommend this villa to anyone.

Schönes modernes Haus in einer Wohnanlage. Zwei Terrassen, beheizter schöner Pool. Sehr nette und unproblematische Betreuung vor Ort. Draußen gelegentlich Fluglärm, durch die modernen Fenster und Türen aber innen gar kein Problem. Strand, Supermarkt und Zentrum leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.

El alojamiento es perfecto para 7 personas, quizás una pega seria la de las literas, ya que fuimos con menores entre 13 y 17 años, por lo que sería mejor dos camas, por lo demás perfecto, tanto el alojamiento, ubicación con mucha tranquilidad , etc, es la 5 vez que me alojo en Antigua y la sexta en Fuerteventura y es el mejor lugar, sin duda repitiria,

Excellent Villa

We have holidayed in Fuerteventura for many years and have stayed in many villas but this villa was the best , quiet location, very clean, comfy beds and everything you need (home from home). We could not work the TV and Kez, the manager, arrived promptly and sorted it and made it clear he was on hand if need throughout our stay. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay and the welcome pack! We will definitely be back next year.

Great stay at Villa James

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa James in early June 19. It is a lovely modern villa on a quiet development adjacent to Fuerteventura Golf Club. We enjoy walking and thought the location was perfect, approx 15 min walk to the centre of the resort (taxi €3-4) and about 10 mins walk to Euro Spar/shops and beach and access to promanade and an easy walk on to marina. Plenty of restaurant options and food generally good. If you are a keen golfer the Fuerteventura Golf Club is only a 10 minute walk and you can access the facilites at the Elba Palace Golf & Vital Hotel. We arrived late and were met by the property manager who had left some essential groceries, which was unexpected and really appreciated. The excellent service continued with prompt responses from property manager on a couple of minor issues. The short airport transfer is great, however, resort is on landing flight path so regular landings and aircraft noise. In summary, Villa James was a great choice for our family holiday (3 adults), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
