3rd time in this villa. Perfect location for us with just a short walk to the marina and 30 mins stroll into town. Villa had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. Slight issue on arrival but Alex sorted problem out within 1 hour of contacting him. Love Playa Blanca and the Marina and we will be returning here next year.

Very pleasant stay

sadly the cleaners had not been and we had to make a call to the manager, who got them there within 20 minutes but sadly they rushed the job and I ended up doing quite a bit of cleaning.It would be very helpful if there were instructions on how to use the cooker, hob, washing machine etc as once again we had to ring the manager to find out how to use the induction hob. He very promptly got the maintenance team to us who sorted it eventually.The bed was comfortable. Sadly the tv was only Spanish.Despite all the mishaps, we had a really nice stay. Very close to lots of restaurants etc. and walking distance to the beach and town.

Nice overall

The place needs a bit of an update.some things look new others older. Overall though we had a great stay. Bath towels need to be changed though as they looked very old and there was a broken sunbed but this was fixed after 3 days. The pool is not heated so we didn't use but it was nice to have. The location is great right by marina. There is a new hotel being built around the corner but at moment there is no noise. That could change though.Overall we enjoyed our stay

Amazing stay in perfect location

The villa is lovely it was perfect for us. Myself and 2 boys 18 & 21.It is a few minutes walk to the marina, restaurants, and supermarket. And a lovely stroll along the promenade to Playa Blanca. It had everything we needed for our stay. The patio/pool area is a nice touch and gets the sun in the afternoon. The only thing wrong was one of the sun beds was broken which could have been done before and the owner wasn’t made aware so it didn’t really affect our stay. The owner advised he will let maintenance know. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Lovely trip

Loved the location and the accommodation was very nice. We had a few hiccups but all was sorted and didn't spoil our trip.we hired a car to explore the island so very useful it comes with parking.

Auch dieses Mal hat es uns wieder gut in Playa Blanca gefallen. Die Villa liegt sehr nah an der der Marina Rubicon, es ist ansprechend aufgeteilt, möbliert und dekoriert. Ausserdem toller Service: Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Wur freuen uns auf unser nächstes Mal!

Fabulous fortnight

The villa is in a perfect location for us. 5 mins walk from the marina and 25 mins walk into Playa Blanca. It’s our second time here in this villa and Alex has made some great improvements since we were here 2 years ago. Villa is in a quiet cul de sac and we heard little noise from outside. Ceiling fan in the bedroom was a godsend as it was so warm during our fortnight. USB sockets beside bed were brilliant. New shower cubicle in the main bathroom was lovely. Pool was cool but very pleasant once in and quite private. 2 nice sun loungers on the terrace which gets the sun from late morning until sundown. Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We have used several of Alex’s villas in the past but this is our favourite. Can’t wait to come back.

Great villa, great location

We knew the area well and were very happy with Villa. 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and bars in the Puerto Rubicon Marina. Villa has everything you need, although instructions on how to use the hob would be useful! All in all a great Villa and I would recommend it.

Fabulous holiday

Villa was superb, nice and quiet but within walking distance to all bars and restaurants few wee hiccups when we arrived but were fixed by Alex very quickly and did not spoil our holiday. No air conditioning but brilliant fan in bedroom and if you open all doors downstairs there is a lovely breeze that flows through villa would definitely stay again

Great Villa

We had a fantastic stay! Modern, comfortable and spacious villa. Had everything we needed, plus BBQ and clean pool. Great view from the balcony towards the mountain, palm trees and some good sunsets to see. Easy access to amenities.

Good location, overall comfortable but needs improvements.

The accommodation is in a great place and overall very comfortable however there are a few things to note: 1. There is an ant infestation predominantly in the kitchen, but also seen in the downstairs bathroom and upstairs bathroom. This means it is very difficult (and unpleasant) to prepare any food. 2. Although there is a good sized kitchen, it is not really suitable for cooking. There are no trays in the oven and there is a a very poor telescopic rack which fell whilst we were trying to cook. Likewise there are no oven gloves nor any basic condiments like salt, pepper, oil, dishwasher tablets etc.. 3. The downstairs shower tray is a bit of a deathtrap, my partner fell in the shower even with a shower mat. 4. I know it is not necessarily something that the apartment owners can control but we had building work next door all day with very loud hammering and drilling. It was very unpleasant.

Great little villa

The villa was more of a base for us but had everything you needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, only thing we used was the kettle and toaster, there is a cooker and oven though. We used the washing machine which is in the small courtyard and it has a small clothes line and foldable clothes airer for drying your clothes. We did not use the swimming pool at all, husband went to go in but it was freezing so did not bother. There are 2 sun beds and a table and chairs outside which during the day catches the sun. Also there is a bbq if you wanted to use. Upstairs bathroom has good size shower and the main bedroom is nice and spacious with nice bedding, mattress and pillows. As my husband is a snorer and I am a light sleeper I did go to spare room once or twice. Beds were not made up but I did find sheets in the wardrobe so made it up myself. Beds not as comfy as the double but still do the job. Only thing I would recommend needs replacing in this villa are the curtains as they are worn and torn. Also if you’re looking at watching TV there are no UK channels, no bother to us but to some it may matter. This villa is situated right next to marina rubicon shopping centre so ideally placed.

Wirklich schönes Haus, alles scheint frisch renoviert u neu zu sein. Ich hatte auch keine Probleme mit den Nachbarn, alle verhielten sich normal ruhig. Das einzige Manko, es gab keine Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel u in der Küche nicht mal Salz.

1st timers

This is the first time we have booked accommodation separately and it was so easy. We have had a great time. The Villa inside was perfect and had everything we needed. There was only 2 sunbeds outside which was disappointing as we booked as a family of 4 and I had seen 4 beds on the pictures (I didn’t enquire so not sure if it was possible for more to be brought so maybe my fault). There’s a massive hotel being built near by and obviously it’s Lanzarote and it’s windy but all round the pool there was lots of dust, which made it look quite grubby but once you was in the pool it didn’t matter at all, the pool was great, the water was always spotless and never impacted our time there. All in all we had such a lovely time, I didn’t want to leave, I just think outside needs a freshen up to match the pictures. Thank you for allowing us to holiday here.

Great Villa

Great Villa in a very convenient location. Lovely small swimming pool which we used every day.. All the facilities provided were in good order. We did contact Alex as there was no shelf in the oven and we couldn't find English Channels on the TV. Ramon arrived next morning, checked the TV channels and confirmed that out of 4,500 channels there was just one English Channel - Sky News!. He did however manage to find an oven shelf which was OK.

Lovely holiday in Playa Blanca

This particular villa has a good central position within the Villas Puerto Rubicon . It’s great that it is on two floors so you get the view ! Location is excellent as the marina with excellent shops and restaurants is just over the road plus there’s a handy supermarket within walking distance. The villa itself is well equipped and clean and tidy . Very quiet at night . Swimming pool is not heated so prepare for a cold dip 🤣 Hope to return one day !

Great villa in a perfect location

We have stayed on the marina at Playa Blanca many times and often use villas supplied by Alex although we have not stayed in this particular villa before. It was perfectly located for us with a short walk to the marina and it’s bars and restaurants. Playa Blanca is a 30 minute walk along the front or short bus ride from the stop close to the villa. Pool was a good size but unheated so quite cold on first getting in. Loved the balcony off the main bedroom with its small table and chairs. Ceiling fans in bedrooms were an unexpected bonus and quiet enough to leave on all night. Another great idea were the USB sockets either side of the bed…very handy. Safe would have been nice but not essential. Very quite location and as located in a cul de sac only had people passing who were staying in the other villas. Supermarket 2 or 3 mins walk but quite expensive, we would suggest using one of the main Hiperdinos if buying a lot. Overall, great villa, great location for us and a fab 2 weeks in the sun.

Great location!

Very well laid out and equipped. A small introductory folder would maybe be helpful but not vital. Easy booking and good communication throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay

Excellent little villa - and much nicer than photos on website, including new sun loungers that are really comfortable. Great location and only a few minutes walk to main marina with lots of shops restaurants and bars. Supermarket at end of road. Was lovely having own pool which is reasonably private and was cleaned during our stay. Not heated but weather was hot and pool refreshing to swim in. House has everything you need and in a safe and quiet location, the beds are super comfortable too! Only thing which would have helped is updated property directions ( think there has been a few changes to the landmarks provided to follow) and more bath towels ( only 2 provided which we had to wash everyday using the washing machine). Will definitely be back for another stay!

Great villa in a fabulous location

A lovely clean villa just a couple of minutes walk away from the marina. Great communication from Alex, he very kindly arranged for the villa to be cleaned the day before our arrival so we could have early access. The villa was easy to find in a taxi. Very well equipped kitchen, we didn't cook in the villa but it would have easily been possible. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Pool area is lovely, we didn't get any sun until late morning but it was early in the season. The pool's not heated but that wasn't a problem, we went in a few times, it was perfect for cooling down. Appreciated the pool towels as we travelled light. The main bed was really comfortable. Would recommend to family & friends.

El segundo día cenando afuera vimos cucarachas en el jardín y el tercer día en el salón. Nos pusimos en contacto con Alex, le comentamos el problema de las cucarachas y también le pedimos una red para poder limpiar la piscina, ya que no encotramos ninguna en la casa. Sobre el tema de las cucarachas nos dijo que poco podíamos hacer, ya que era un problema éndemico de la isla, y que al día siguiente vendría alguien a limpiarnos la piscina. Al día siguiente nadie vino a limpiar la piscina, ni nadie nos pregunto a ver que tal iba el tema de los insectos, ni se volvió a poner en contacto con nosotras... En general hemos estado bien, la casa está bien ubicada y tiene practicamente todo lo necesario, pero quería dejar constancia de este episodio.
