A modern private villa,situated on the peaceful residential area of Parque Del Rey,just 15 minutes walk from the beaches,restaurants and shops of Playa Blanca town centre.The villa has its own electrically heated pool,which is surrounded by a South facing,private sun terrace,and traditional Spanish BBQ.There is an alfresco dining area,with pergola roof,to really enjoy those warm evenings.

The villa is furnished to a high,modern standard throughout,and features high domed ceilings for a cool and spacious feel.
There are comfortable,twin leather sofas,LED smart TV,and WIFI in the lounge.
A fully equipped kitchen,with dishwasher,washing machine,full size fridge/freezer.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed,and fitted wardrobes,with a safe.Air-conditioning available on a coin operated basis.
Bathroom has a large shower,vanity and toilet.
Secure off road parking.
A welcome pack consisting of a bottle of Cava,water,milk,tea and coffee on arrival.
Pool Heating is an extra charge during winter months.
A perfect retreat for a couple.(two guests)

We had the most amazing time away. Casa Lucinda was the perfect base to explore the island. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It was clean, tv had lots of channels, pool was perfect size, the host has a welcome book with all information needed and a basket of books and leaflets to help give you recommendations and ideas for exploring and dining. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for allowing us to stay We loved every moment

Casa Lucinda really is a home from home! Perfect for us as a couple looking for a relaxing break. Quiet location but easy access to the centre of Playa Blanca. Excellent Wi-Fi. Wide range of programmes/ UK channels on the TV. Excellent communication with the owner. We have already re-booked to return!

We had a fantastic stay for 2 weeks in Casa Lucinda. It was a perfect size just for the two of us and was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a good size and a god send in the July heat. The villa is very private and in a lovely peaceful area. The walk down into the town took about 20 minutes which was a lovely stroll. We had arranged for a shopping delivery to the villa through a local company so we had all the heavy items delivered such as water etc. This saved carrying it from the supermarket. We appreciated the ice cold bottle of cava in the fridge for our arrival and the coffee, milk and water. A lovely touch.We also liked the fact that the villa had an alarm system so we felt very safe.Excellent villa and everything was as advertised.

Fantastic villa. Perfect for us. Very well appointed and equipped. Nice heated pool. Private and secluded. 15 or so minutes walk to the bars and shops in playa blanca. Communications great from start to finish. Will definitely book again.

Hi I wasn’t happy with this villa has you can see I always book thought you But this villa wasn’t great no one came to see us or change bed Linen or clean towels The pool man came twice but only they 5mjns if that but the pool wasn’t clean I have photos plus didn’t Knock just let himself in 8 o’clock in the morning, Over all am not happy I wouldn’t go back

Great villa about 15 mins walk from shops, restaurants and nearest beaches. Villa had everything needed. Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Tv with uk channels incl movies and sport.Fast wifi. Comfortsble bed. Good shower. Highlight was private outside garden and heated pool which was cleaned twice during my stay. Good communication from host before and during stay to check everything was ok.

Lovely home from home

We've really enjoyed our stay here, it has everything you need, and is close enough to the supermarket and restaurants for a short walk. Really pretty surroundings. Lanzarote is now our favourite place. The garden is private and a sun trap, sheildong from any of the winds.

Well maintained villa in a great position. Ideal for a couple. Everything we needed and great to have a contact nearby although we didn't have any issues. Really liked having an alarm as I I find it hard to settle in a strange place. We would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful villa

Lucinda’s villa is just incredible- airy, spotless and peaceful. We loved the pool which was a good size. Loved the seating area outside. The location is perfect. 15 mins approx to the town with lots of bars and restaurants. The marina area is further but still walking distance. We would definitely recommend this villa …. We are missing it already ! Thanks Lucinda

Chilled holiday

This was our 3rd stay in this villa and it was wonderful again, it’s got everything you need and just as described. It’s a nice downhill walk to the town and about 4€ home in a taxi after an evening out. Thank you Lucinda for letting us stay again & Fran is wonderful looking after you if you need anything
