The ground floor (155 sq m) consists of a lounge with a corner sofa, TV, and dining area in traditional wooden colours, a fully equipped kitchen in contrasting black and white with wooden detail, and a clothes washing machine. Remarkably, part of the swimming pool extends into the living room. The combination of wood and stone gives a characteristic traditional aesthetic.

Furthermore, the ground floor has a bar, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.


The exterior includes a large tiled veranda, a 60 sq m infinity pool, and a jacuzzi for up to 6 people. There is also an outdoor seating space, a garden with a lawn, and a ping pong table. Lastly, the exterior has a BBQ and accompanying dining space.
