Our homeowner has re-imagined their adored Mill Home, embracing rustic design concepts and taking a modern approach on outdoor hygge living. An alfresco dining table, with Bespoke BBQ Settings & Pizza Oven, for summer's eves will mostly be spent with over flame creations accompanying sunset vistas. Ensconced within a 1.000m2 estate, this house complete with 50m2 outdoor pool and spectacular grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. Ideal for large groups ( can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some of the best outdoor coastal surroundings the island has to offer. Quietly stylish, the villa remote location promises hideaway magic for nature-lovers : just what faraway dream holidays are all about.

Set in 1.000m2 of beautiful Zakynthos countryside, the Villa sits in an idyllic rural mill. Adorn the gravelled courtyard’s al fresco dining area, whilst the sweeping lawn stretches down to the swimming pool featuring sublime sea views. The home features a 50m2 private swimming pool and mesmerising grounds. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, so you can relax all day long cherishing Zakynthos Summer! Key design pieces sit alongside furnitures designed for togetherness; think languid breakfasts by the pool, games room gatherings and card playing eves amidst grandiose décor. Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities (charcoal) and a pizza oven, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over! Feel the ultimate comfort and relaxation, while admiring the impeccable surroundings from the terrace. The villa features also a restored Mill where you can visit during your stay with us.

There's an eclectic theme to the interior of the home, thanks to the owners' desire to blend country cottage with authentic style. Layered rugs and unique collectables make a warm and welcoming home with more than a dash of boudoir. This captivating holiday home boasts authentic interiors that exude a certain rustic elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 150m2 space. The authentic villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and one more guest can be accommodated at a folding bed in the living-cum area. The villa also features two spacious bathrooms one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, featuring a bathtub and shower. Maximum Occupancy is 7 guests. The Bespoke Home is set on the ground and first floor. Entering the iconic residence you will find a captivating living-cum area with a smart 50’TV, an exquisite fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a sensory dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. An indoor bar is also available for G&Ts time with loved ones. All bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. All bedrooms are fully equipped with beds (High Quality natural mattresses and premium linen), fitted wardrobes, wonderful settings and include air conditioning.
