The apartment is quiet, spacious and very recently renovated. Both its quirky layout and décor will make you feel warm and fuzzy when you come back home after a long day exploring the wonders of the city. As you can see from the photos, the XX century condominium building has a personality of its own!

The apartment is equipped with all the amenities necessary to provide a perfect stay: it is fully air-conditioned, has autonomous heating, extra fast wifi and 2 TVs. The open-plan kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals.

There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other one has 2 single beds that form a queen size bed.

The bathroom is modern and has a shower.

The area itself is one of Rome’s most quiet and residential areas making it a family-friendly neighbourhood.

This apartment is strategically located to allow you to discover both the historical beauties of Rome as well as enjoy the tranquility of a real Roman residential neighborhood.

A Sanctuary from the Hustle of Rome

Located in Monteverde, a district of Trastevere, this location is ideal for those that want to escape the business of the Coliseum, Vatican, etc., and dine amongst the locals at places like Il Focolare. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples, clean, and well furnished, with A/C units in each bedroom. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Enjoy Rome !!!

Rome

Lacked a few essentials and was a bit shabby-chic. But it was a wonderful neighborhood and the property managers were responsive. Would recommend it if it had a lower rate.

Charming stay residential neighborhood Rome

*Note: the apartment is on the 2nd floor and no elevator-as most buildings in Rome- and there's a little play to opening some doors so make sure you pay attention AND try out the keys during the in-person check in. We needed a place close to the American University Roma and this location was perfect- just a 6 minute walk (uphill but straight). Very good gelato nearby (Meno 14 Gelato was by far our favorite but Miami Gelateria was good too) and small grocery store and neighborhood restaurants (typically open for lunch until 3pm and dinner open after 7pm so we walked to trasteverde for open restaurants when we wanted an earlier dinner). It is very close to the Gianicolo and Fontana Dell Acqua with wonderful views of the city. The AC worked great which was appreciated as one day was well above 90F, kitchenette was good for what we needed. Eating area a little tight for 4 people but works.
