La propiedad de Diana Apartments es un palacio restaurado del siglo XVII ubicado en el casco antiguo de Dubrovnik, cerca de la calle principal Stradun, donde tienen lugar todos los acontecimientos. A solo 5 minutos a pie de la primera playa. Está rodeado de monumentos culturales, animados cafés, museos, galerías de arte y salas de conciertos.

Igor, our host was so helpful from the time we booked the apartment to the day we left. Communicating with Igor was easy, instructions on getting to, and in to the apartment were very detailed and given well in advance, (unlike other places i've stayed in ) The apartment is very comfortable and situated in the beautiful old city perfect location. I would definitely recommend the Diana apartment and especially with a host that is so accommodating.

Excellent Host

Everything was wonderful. My wife has a bad knee and I am 77, so stairs and baths have now become a problem. Igor carried our cases up and down and could not of been more helpful. Our fault by not realising our limitations. Must start looking at walk in showers and lifts in future, Super position and very quiet. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment, ideal location, terrific host

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment location could not have been more convenient, right off the main drag in the flat area of old town (not up a hillside like many apartments). The place was updated and very clean. We especially like the triple-paned windows and cool A/C which provided for ideal sleeping conditions. Our host, Igor, responded quickly to communications and helped us with our every need. Excellent stay all around!

Quiet Apt in the middle of Old Town

This apartment was centrally located within the Old City Walls and no stair climbing required to reach the apartment building, which is rare in this town. The apartment was spacious and well stocked for our stay. We had read reviews that the area was loud, but the windows recently installed completely blocked any street noise. We had the best sleep in the comfy bed and would recommend this apartment.

Location was perfect, property was spacious

Igor was an excellent host providing us with easy check in and a ton of information about where to go and what to do. His recommendations were spot on. The apartment was clean and spacious. We were allowed to check in early and Igor arranged to keep our bags so we could contour exploring dubrovnik for a few more hours. Not enough good things to say about this property and Igor!

Séjour bien agréable dans cet appartement, juste à côté de la rue principale ''Placa''. Malgré une vague de forte chaleur, l'appartement avec l'air conditionné et les fenêtres à triple vitrage, nous étions parfaitement au frais et au calme pour récupérer de la montée des escaliers et des remparts, typiques à Dubrovnik. L'appartement est suffisamment grand, avec des lits spacieux et une petite cuisine bien équipée. Merci à Igor qui s'est montré très attentif à tous nos besoins, il est charmant, et il fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. M.J. Nice place, great location!

This is a great apartment for a family trip to Old Town Dubrovnik. It is located a very short walk from the Pile Gate, where the airport bus drops off. Igor met us just inside the gate, helped us find the building, get our luggage upstairs, and get settled. He was very friendly and helpful, and stopped by later in our stay to see if we needed anything else, such as more towels (we didn't, there were plenty). The apartment is up several flights of stairs, but if you're vacationing in Dubrovnik you're probably prepared to walk and climb stairs. It's a neat old building right off the main pedestrian street, and the apartment itself has more room than I expected. The master bedroom, especially, was quite large. We put our two kids in the smaller second bedroom/dining room, and Igor had a crib set up for us when we arrived. We could close the door to the kids' room, and then the door to the master bedroom, and stay up & watch TV (more English channels than we have in Kyiv) and drink some tasty Croatian wine without disturbing the kids. The living room/kitchen was small but definitely big enough for basics. We put milk and water in the mini-fridge, and used the kettle to make instant coffee. There was a two-burner stove and a full set of dishes, but we didn't use that because there were so many nice restaurants. The included breakfast vouchers were at a very cute cafe just around the corner, and we went there every morning. The bathroom was spotless and everything worked well. There was a little heater over the bathroom door that took the chill out of the air in the morning. My only caution is that if you're not used to urban living you might find it loud at night. The windows are traditional with glass outer windows that swing open and wooden shutters inside. The shutters completely block out all light, which is great for sleeping in, but the glass windows aren't well sealed so all the late-night cafe sounds and early-morning handcart deliveries are quite loud. But it didn't wake the kids up. If we go back to Dubrovnik, we'll defintiely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

We were fortunate enough to stay in one of these Apartments in Dubrovnik Old Town Center, Croatia. It was the best place we stayed on our trip! It was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and the location couldn't be better. Igor was a great host and very quick to respond to our e-mails and request for help while there. I would recommend this place to anyone. One word of advice though is the night life there gets a bit loud in the wee hours of the night...bring ear plugs or sleep w/ the bedroom windows open.

Great Place Great Location

Staying in the Diana 2 was a great experience. the apartment was spacious, clean and convenient. The host was very welcoming and provided us everything we could ask. I would definitely recommend this to another traveler.

Pleasant stay in Dubrovnik!

Wonderful apartment in the old town of Dubrovnik. Everything´s within walking distance. Clean, 3 fans and climatization, enough space for everything and everybody, little loud in the night = center, very nice owner, helpful and friendly, did a good customer service including hints for parking for free :-) Will recommend the apartment to anyone of my friends and relatives who want to take a trip to Dubrovnik The town is so beautiful, bursting with culture and history and the Island of Lokrum is a wonderful location for swimming and relaxation. Will come back if possible!!!

Great Apartment in Central Old Town

My three friends and I were very pleased with our accommodation in the Diana Apartments. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the Old Town - and offers all the amenities necessary for short terms stays such as towels, hair dryers, a kettle, washer, kitchen utensils, etc. It was very clean and spacious and we felt very comfortable in our apartment. Igor was very welcoming and accommodating - we had a very enjoyable stay!

Congratulations and thanks!!

I stayed there one week with my wife and 2,5 yo baby and we were very happy with everything. Our host (Igor) was great, invisible and unobtrusive all the time, but helpful and hearty when needed, he provided us all the informations we asked. Apartment is beautiful, traditional but still modern equiped with everything you wish for, TV, Wi-Fi, computer.. even though town is so beautiful that you will need those only in case of bad weather.. Many thanks to the owner and big congratulations on professional attitude.

Would definitely stay again

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and nothing was too much trouble for our host - he was always only a minute away! From the time we arrived he greeted us at the front gate of the city so that we didn't have to cart our bags around looking for the apartment (which is actually really easy to find and in an unbeatable location in the heart of the old town near all the action). The WIFI was fast and reliable and the apartment was very well equipped with clean bedding, air con, heating, kitchen. The apartment is very spacious and has recently been refurbished. I would strongly recommend - its excellent value.

Tosovic Apartment Dubrovnik

The flat/apartment is HUGE and right in the centre of the old town. The wireless Internet connection works all the time (important for me), the bathroom wonderful, the mattresses good quality, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Really a wonderful place to stay. One pays for the whole flat, so if you are more persons, the price becomes quite inexpensive. I stayed alone, and the price was still acceptable compared to a hotel. The owners speak English and it is easy to get in contact with them during the stay. Really to recommend.

Apartment is spacious, with full amenities, located in the Old town (FLAT AREA) next to main street Placa/Stradun and less than 3 minutes walk to Pile gate (main town entrance where all local buses and taxi stand are located).
During your stay you will find everything you require in the WALKING DISTANCE including local beaches, numerous restaurants and all town highlights.
Also Old harbor from where boats are going to famous island Lokrum is just a few minutes walk away.
By staying with us at center location that is PEDESTRIAN area only car is absolutely not needed especially for shorter stays. In this way you will save lots of time out of traffic jams outside Old town and still be close to all main happenings and must see places.
