Welcome to our newly furnished apartment apartment located in the Lapad area (only 10 minutes walk away from Uvala Lapad).
Apartment is two bedroom including one with double bed and one with two single beds accomodating up to 4 guests. It features fully equipted kitchen and living area, balcony with garden view and private bathroom.
Additionally the apartment has free WiFi and private parking space just in front of the building. Everything is within walking distance of max. 15 minutes: grocery store, cinema, shopping center, green open market, ATM, bank, post office, pharmacy, beaches, restaurants and cafe bars.

These apartment is located a quiet residential neighbourhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Spacious, well-located apartment with great amenities and responsive hosts

We really enjoyed this accommodation, and the hosts are very responsive and available. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and well located, close to the Port of Gruz (where boat excursions depart). It’s comfortable and also has a super accessible private parking spot suitable for any type of car. The apartment also includes a washing machine, and they even provided detergent. The only aspect that could be improved is that the room with the two single beds does not have air conditioning like the rest of the apartment – it had a fan, but on really hot nights, the kids moved to the living room, which was equally very comfortable. We chose to go to the Old Town of Dubrovnik by bus and Uber/Bolt (both work well).

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We enjoyed our time staying at Selma's apartment, communication with her and the rental company was friendly and clear! As mentioned in the description it is quite the climb down the hill to the bottom but once reached there's loads to do, eat and see! The street where it is located is quite narrow and traffic tends to go both ways, so when driving one has to be careful. The bedroom with the twin beds has no air conditioning so it gets a bit stuffy. Also, the apartment is on the ground floor, so unfortunately you don't get the beautiful mountain views. other than that it is equipped with everything you need! Thank you so much!

Die Lage ist sehr Idyllisch auf einem Hügel, aber durch den hohen originalen Baumbestand hat man im Erdgeschoss keinen Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit Hochwertigen Elektrogeräten und allem was das Herz begehrt von F wie Föhn bis W wie Waschmaschine, auch Waschpulver und Geschirrspültaps waren vorhanden.
