Luxurious Water Edge Apartment in the Heart of the Marina

This is a luxuriously appointed apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a south facing terrace leading from the living/dining room with views onto the Marina. The bedrooms have river views.

Access to the Marina Club pools is included.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the Marina and is within easy walking distance to the beaches and the Old Town of Lagos.

The apartment is fully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen, it is air-conditioned throughout and has wifi and internet TV. Bed linen and towels are provided for use in the property.

Family holiday

The apartment was perfect for us, near to all the restaurants, big supermarket and short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and a perfect setting in the morning for a coffee looking at the marina. Contact with the owners prior to our stay was excellent.

Had an amazing 2 weeks the apartment is fantastic with everything that you need. Location is perfect. We arrived on my sons birthday and left a birthday balloon for him which was such a lovely touch. The host were very quick at responding would higly recommend this beautiful apartment we will definitely be back.

Just returned from another lovely week in one of Keith’s apartments. Exceptionally clean, well furnished and a great location on the marina, with a fabulous supermarket just over the road. Great week, we will be back.

Perfect Apartment

Great location, lovely view of marina. Supermarket right there, lots of nice eateries nearby. Easy walk in to the old part of Lagos. We stayed for a month, it was nice to have weekly clean, towel and bed linen change. Communication with property manager was great. Well equipped apartment, spacious and comfortable. Only thing we would change is beds in second bedroom great for kids not great for adults bit on the narrow side. Would stay again

Everything you could need

We stayed at this property for a week in late November and were very comfortable. The heating system works well; the kitchen is well outfitted, which is important for us because we like to cook; a large grocery store is just across the street; and a liquor store just next door. We enjoyed a few hours of late morning / early afternoon sun on the balcony each day where we enjoyed the view of the marina. The area is very walkable and it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the markets and old town. The place is also very clean and well maintained. The property management team was very responsive and answered our questions usually within minutes. The owner is also readily available if needed. A great place to stay!

A lovely spacious and comfortable apartment

A beautiful spacious apartment, very well maintained and well equipped with all necessary fittings for a very comfortable stay. Set a little way back from the marina this apartment will accommodate 4 people in comfort with plenty of space. It is close to all amenities; a supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and a nice walk to the wonderful local beach Meia Praia. All local transport is very close and easy to use too; local bus, train or boat trips and if you do use a car there is a very safe underground car park available. The only down side is that the 2 bedrooms do back on to a busy and sometimes noisy road, nonetheless, a lovely apartment.

Fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, the property is specious, very clean, well appointed and very comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the marina, as a family of 3 we all had good bathroom facilities which made getting ready for an a day or evening out so simple, pool access is great as is access to the bar and restaurant which was very convenient. There is a great supermarket just behind so getting supplies couldn't be easier. Just a short 3 minute walk to the main marina area gave access to lots of food and entertainment and another 10 minute on in to Lagos for fabulous food and evenings out. The concierge / housekeeping team are amazing, we had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with very quickly and with no fuss, over all the stay couldn't have been much better. The only negative was road noise in the mornings, something we are not used to where we live, however, with in a few days we didn't even think about it so over all it didn't detract from our stay or holiday experience. We would certainly consider staying there again - thank you.

Super Location

We had a wonderful time in this apartment with everything we needed. The property was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay. Communication with the owner was very good and our questions prior to staying were answered immediately. The location was perfect and I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Highly recommended

We stayed for 12 nights at Keith and Freda’s property - thank you both for accommodating us. The apartment is outstanding - modern, super clean, and well-equipped. We were even contacted about a mid-stay clean, at which we were also given fresh bedding and towels. Communication from the property management company was clear, timely and concise. The location is ideal for exploring Lagos, although you do get a little traffic noise to the rear. Don’t let that put you off though. On a side note, if you are considering a transfer from Faro airport to Lagos, I must recommend YellowFish - great value with clean cars and friendly drivers. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Heerlijk appartement op een mooie locatie.

Het appartement is ruim en erg mooi, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is ideaal, aan de haven en op loopafstand van het centrum, de boulevard, de vele restaurantjes en het strand. Een aanrader dus.

Ed, Marg, Richard and Linda Visit to Lagos

A very modern and spotlessly clean 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment by the Lagos Marina. We loved checking out the beautiful yachts. Owner and agency staff very responsive, large grocery store within 100m, indoor parking and an easy walk to all that Lagos offers - absolutely wonderful. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Top apartment

There’s everything you will need in this apartment, great that there’s 2 bathrooms, lots of storage and it’s very clean. Balcony is large and has a nice view of the marina. Very handy that a fabulous supermarket is 2 minutes away, easy to nip for fresh bread and Portuguese tarts for breakfast!!

Heerlijke plek!

Zalig nieuw, fris, schoon en ruim appartement in de haven en op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand. Supergoede plek. Veel terrasjes en restaurants in de buurt, supermarkt aan de overkant vd straat. Heerlijk balkon met genoeg schaduw. Prima moderne badkamers. Nadelen: slaapkamers liggen aan drukke straat; geen last van geluid (goed geïsoleerd), maar ramen open is geen optie. Parkeerplek in de garage is krap, vooral het in- en uitrijden (bocht maken) is redelijk onmogelijk als andere auto’s iets scheef staan. Wij hebben er na één keer voor voor gekozen onze huurauto buiten te parkeren. Contact met verhuurder verliep prima en was servicegericht.

Fantastic Apartment in stunning location

This is our 6 year visiting Lagos and staying in Keith property’s. Everything is perfect from booking to arrival . Apartment is stunning very well furnished with beautiful details fab beds and bed linens towels etc No expenses spared kitchen set up super with everything you’d need to cook from scratch ! Super wifi and excellent TV set up with lots of Chanel’s ! Balcony furnished to very hi standard with loungers and large table . Very safe and secure area !

Excellent apartment

This apartment was as advertised. Totally modernised throughout and very roomy. The living room / dining area is very spacious and nicely furnished, wity plenty of English channels on a modern TV. Both bedrooms are large and quiet, and the beds are comfortable, with new linen etc. Both bathroms are modern. Air con and wifi worked well throughout the apartment. There is a full and modern kitchen. The large terrace had a table & chairs and 2 loungers, had some shade and a lovely view over part of the Marina. A dedicated car parking space was avaiable underground with lift access to this first floor apartment. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions prior to our trip. Thoroughly recommended.

A room with a wonderful view.

This property was well and truly above my expectations. The location was fabulous within walking distance to all local amenities bus and train station's supermarkets, restaurants,beaches and lagos beautiful town centre. So no need for a car. The view of the Marina was glorious from the large balcony. Now for the apartment which surpassed all my expectations from fantastic room sizes to the tasteful and fashionable decor. Every detail was covered from WiFi to all kitchen equipment. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom was very spacious with beautifully coordinated furnishings as was the second bedroom which had a shower room attached. The kitchen again was a really good size. The living room again was a really good size with ample room for the attached dinning area. Patio doors led to the large balcony again with beautifully arranged outdoor furniture. The owner's Mr and Mrs Wilman left details of everything about the apartment so didn't need to contact them,but was assured if needed they or their management would be available. Not much left to say except look forward to visiting again soon.
