The swimming pool and the outdoor furniture will offer the possibility to spend the days taking advantage of the external environment, exclusive and very nice.

The accommodation
The house has very large and comfortable spaces, furnished in a modern style and arranged as follows:
on the ground floor there are two large bedrooms, one double with TV and one double room with separate beds (which can be joined if necessary).
Also on the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room where there is also a double sofa bed.
the kitchen is complete with: fridge with freezer, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, juicer, electric kettle, bottle warmer and TV.
free wi-fi will allow you to stay connected during your stay.
A large dressing room will give you the opportunity to arrange your luggage in complete autonomy and tranquility thanks to a built-in wardrobe, in addition the dressing room is used as a laundry room with washing machine and sink.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated thanks to the installed air conditioners.

The large garden is equipped with a large table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.

After a day exploring the area between the sea and the mountains, you can spend pleasant evenings preparing pleasant barbecues to eat in the garden, or you can relax in our magnificent swimming pool (20x10) at the complete disposal of guests. The pool will be active from May 20th to September 30th.


The entire property is protected by an internal and external video surveillance system.

Guest Access
Villa Rosa will be at guests' complete disposal. The owners live in another house and will always be reachable by telephone ready to assist guests in case of need.
