Check-in: From 3:00 PM
During Reception Hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect keys if you arrive early.
Outside Reception Hours: Self-check-in available anytime from 3:00 PM. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send
Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).
Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building, located next to Hot Jazz. Full details will be sent after booking.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Pack belongings, take out the trash, leave keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.
