Located in one of Europe’s most important centres of opulence, it is one of the largest and possibly the most exclusive marina in the Mediterranean, bursting with all sorts of services and select restaurants. Perched right next to the beach and amidst the infectious energy of the city, this modern and stunning luxury apartment is the epitome of the Marbella lifestyle.

It enjoys a privileged location, while exquisitely furnished living areas offer a serene private haven for dining and relaxation. All in a soothing desert palette, the apartment's living areas are bathed in lovely natural light. • We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.
• Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM. From 9pm onwards: €25 (Late check-in is required to be paid in cash)
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
• Late Check out fee from 11.am until 1p.m: 40€ extra.
• Late Check out fee after 1p.m: We would charge you a day base rate without any discount and any compensation that we have to refund to the next Family who is staying in the property the same day of your check out date.

Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival when making an enquiry / reservation.
• Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM. From 9pm

• No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in
your booking are allowed in the property.
• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours
are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence.

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it,125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the property: € 300
• The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.

The appartment is facing to the Plaza Antonio Banderas and has city+mountain view, but no sea view. It is in very central location and all services (shops, markets, restaurants) are in the short walking distance. It is very modern appartment and bedrooms are large. Also parking slot well located near the elevator.

In the heart of Puerto Banus so all shops, restaurants and facilities within walking (Website hidden by Airbnb) enjoy tradional Spain it is worth a taxi drive to Marbella to see the old town , which is only about fifteen minutes away in a taxi and costs around 11 Euros.
