My family spent a week at this great flat! The location and proximity to the overground and water taxis made getting around London easy and convenient. The flat had everything we needed and was just lovely.
We really enjoyed our stay. Harvey was an excellent host who provided us an amazing property that was beautifully furnished, well maintained and very convenient to rail and Uber boats. It exceeded all of our needs. We highly recommend a stay here and hope to return some day.
The property is in a great location with easy transport to central London plus access to Chelsea, Notting Hill, and other neighborhoods. It was nice to go somewhere quiet after being in the city all day. The apartment is quite spacious by London standards.
The property was as advertised. Nice view of the Thames- we enjoyed sitting out there in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing.
The apartment was comfortable and easy to figure out and at check in Harvey the owner met us and showed us the flat and how to use everything.
Access to the Thames river uber boats and to the London overground/underground was easy although with some instructions it might have saved us a few days of extra train changes etc.
Local restaurants were sufficient but that all I can say. Local pub the rose was great and only a short walk but if u didnât know it was there u would never guess it.
I would definitely return again!
The pictures do not lie! Harvey was a wonderful host, that ensured we not only understood the flat, but the area as well. Don't let the distance from central London scare you - the overground/underground connections were super slick and the Uber boat ride was not only convenient, but a great way to travel. While the onsite gym was tiny, it was easy to navigate and generally quiet when we used it. There is a small grocery store around the corner- so super easy to grab food and drinks. We absolutely loved eating at The Waterside - just steps from the flat. If you cannot tell - it was a perfect spot to return to after a long day of site seeing. Thanks again for sharing your home!
My husband, two children (ages 14 and 11) and I just returned from a wonderful 5-night stay at this lovely condo in Imperial Wharf. From the first email of the booking to checkout, the owners were very responsive and answered all my questions. They were kind enough to allow us to check in a little earlier because of our train arrival time from Paris. When our master bathroom's shower drain wasn't working properly, I contacted the housekeeper and she informed the owner of the issue. The very same day, the owner had her maintenance person come in and address the issue. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Imperial Wharf Overground train station, which connects you to other train stations and the tube. It's also about a 10-11 minute walk to a nice Sainsbury supermarket where we were able to buy items for breakfast and quick, easy dinners. The pictures are an accurate portrayal of the condo. There is a washer but no dryer, so we ended up hang drying our clothes. The only suggestion would be to have a welcome manual on how to use the stove (it was very modern and high tech) and perhaps some recommendations of nearby places to get groceries, restaurants, etc. Of course, we just used Google for pretty much everything but it would be nice to get some local recommendations for restaurants nearby. Overall, the condo is very spacious and was perfect for my family of four. It was nice for the kids to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The air conditioning worked great along with the Wi-Fi, which made the kids very happy! Thank you Evisa and Harvey for a wonderful stay in your condo. We would definitely recommend it to others visiting London.
The property is just as shown. Has all the modern amenities and is accessed by a key fob lobby and elevator 24/7. Great for late check in there is a security desk. Walkable to train station and Uber boat dock! We liked the Uber boat for access to attractions in tourist areas. Great little restaurants just downstairs.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The property owner was an absolute prince for our entire stay. The apartment was beautiful and had a deck overlooking the Thames. I couldn't ask for more and I highly recommend this location.
Property was perfect and Harvey was great. We had plenty of room to spread out and the location could not have been better. Easy access to public transportation and lots to do nearby. Space as described and clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again on another vosit to London.
Great location to the overground, but sometimes trains can be a long wait compared to underground.
Property was good , quite basic with little frills and just enough utilities. Has a clothes washing machine but not dryer that makes washing difficult.
Views over the Thames were nice with a faint weather balcony that in summer is a nice experience
We had the most lovely stay. The flat was a welcome size and true to accuracy of description. With 2 teenagers, the space was wonderful and had a gorgeous and spacious patio which we loved to have coffee on in the morning and wine at night after a long day looking over the river. Uber boat and train station very close - around a 15-20 minute ride to attractions, but so easy and worth it for the space! The flat was very clean, stocked with supplies and close to many restaurants and a grocery store if anything was needed. We did have a little difficulty with the front door lock as we are not familiar with that type of lock, but once we figured it out it was so easy! Property manager was extremely nice and so easy to get a hold of and responded quickly - even while he was on his own vacation. We had such a lovely experience. Highly recommend staying here!
We are a family of four - myself, my wife, a daughter, and a son. We are blessed to live in London and be able to travel around the world for business and pleasure. From our many travels, we know what makes a great experience and we try to be great hosts for our guests.
