If smoke odor is detected, this fee will be charged to cover ozone treatment and washing of all soft furnishings (curtains, sofas, rugs).

🧹 Excessive Mess / Deep Clean: £100 - £200 surcharge.

Our standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover. If the property is left with excessive trash, dirty dishes, stains on upholstery, or requires "heavy duty" cleaning, an additional fee will apply.

⏰ Late Check-out: £50 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM.

Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest.

🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts: £50 + cost of replacement.

If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs.

🎉 Parties / Noise Complaints: £500 + immediate eviction.

Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.

Everything was as expected. The location was great. It was a quick walk to the Warwick Rd entrance to Earl’s Court Tube station. We were also close to West Brompton and used that Station several times. Especially for the overground service. The host communicated well. This is the second time I have stayed in the Earl’s Court area and it is becoming one of my favorite areas of London. So easy to catch a train to and from Heathrow and easy to get to anywhere in Central London within about a half hour. We didn’t use the patio. But it looked nice out there. The location is a lower ground floor so it’s accessible only via stairs outside the building. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to note if you can’t do a flight of stairs. We liked that the door was tucked away. Very little chance that someone will just come down there unless they are meant to be there. It was a perfect place for our group of 4 to stay for our 10 nights in London. We were very happy with the Flat and location.
